Delicious spot for a breakfast treat! Some of the best bagels you will find in Nashville, they also offer really unique spreads for the bagels but be sure to get there early because they do run out. The staff is very friendly and the cashier was super patient with me as I tried to figure out their menu. They use abbreviations! Lol Tip: get your specialty coffee prior to going there as they only serve drip. After all, their specialty are delicious bagels and not coffee. Will def be back!

This is a great local place. Service was quick and friendly. You can expect to have delicious bagels. I love that the menu isn't so overwhelming, but they have the perfect amount of food. My personal fav is the SEC. Can't go wrong here!

BEC on jalapeño cheddar bagel... SO GOOD!

Best bagel and breakfast sandwich in Nashville is accurate. This place is so good! My wife and I shared an everything bagel with scallion schmear and it was better than any bagel I've ever had anywhere in the world and we also shared the Bacon, egg and cheese on a jalapeño cheddar bagel, my mouth is watering just thinking about it. The staff was super nice and welcoming. The place itself is nondescript but cozy. Definitely would recommend Mr. Aarons Good to anyone looking for a perfect bagel in Nashville.

BEC with a hash brown and spk

Hands down the best bagel in town. The BEC was absolutely perfect and the lox was surprisingly not *too* messy despite generous portions of toppings. We got bagels to go and they heat up super fresh from our freezer. We went at peak time on a Saturday morning and there was quite a crowd, but they were well equipped for it. Pumped food out quickly on super fresh bagels. Tons of seating too. Parking lot in the back is small, but hey - at least it's not metropolis (yet)

    Egg + cheese on everything

Pretty solid egg + cheese. Eggs are a bit overcooked (shouldn't be browned at all). Cheese is different than your typical orange cheddar, which was a good change of pace. Nothing life-changing, but would eat here again. $8 is probably a dollar or two more than what you'd pay elsewhere. More of a grab-and-go type of spot. 8.2/10

Fantastic. Best bagel I've had since moving to Tennessee. I had the pizza bagel, cinnamon sugar bagel and a jalapeño cheese bagel sandwich. All were absolutely fantastic. Will definitely be coming back

The bagels were delicious, and they definitely get busy for a good reason. My spouse is from Jersey, so naturally, the standards are pretty high. The only thing we weren't huge fans of was the price, $65 for 3 bagel sandwiches and a dozen bagels feels a bit crazy. But other than that, I highly recommend this spot!

Thx to Eater I went this morning. I love bagels but rarely eat them so I was really hoping this was going to be great and IT WAS!!! Toasted everything bagel with 1/2 plain and 1/2 scallion. Next time I'll go 100% scallion. Bagel was deliciously seasoned top and bottom. Great cold brew. Wish they had a SF syrup but the oat milk did the trick. Free parking to boot.

Such a great find! I can't eat eggs, so it's hard to find good breakfast places...this place was SO delicious! Very fresh ingredients and probably the best bagel I've ever had. They even offer a free hot or iced coffee if you visit before 8:30 am! The hot coffee was also delicious, didn't need to add anything to it! Will be returning!

This pop up shop has bagels that are Jersey girl approved! They are fluffy and delicious, even though they're on the small side. They feature lots of creative flavors and shmears. Hashbrowns are SO crispy, be sure to add one to your order. This is also one of the only spots in the east side to grab a good bagel, so definitely take advantage when you can!

Yummy! Came in at almost close on a Saturday. I loved every bite. I was able to eat and read in peace :)

My personal favorite was the everything bagel, the balance of toppings is perfect and I love the big flaky salt on top.

The only downside that I see is that it's a takeout or outdoor dining only, but the food is really good and it was ready in about 10 minutes. You can build your own Bowl or they serve Sandwiches, Mac & Cheese, Sandwiches, Salads, Sides and Desserts. They also offer Vegan Meatballs & Vegetarian options. You can take a box of their Bronze cut Pasta or a bottle of their Marinara home with you or order it online and have it delivered to you. I got A house favorite-- The Chicken Parmesan. It was a good portion size and I could tell it was freshly made. It was delicious. It has a Buttermilk fried Chicken breast atop their Spaghetti topped with house Marinara, Fresh Mozzarella and Fresh Basil. My wife got the Meatball sub with fresh handcut fries. The sandwich has hand rolled Beef Meatballs topped with house Marinara, Provolone, Mozzarella, Basil and Parmesan served in a fresh baked French Roll. This is a full size sub. It was about 8 or 10 inches. She gave it a 7 out of 10. She said she would get it again. It's worth stopping in and eating or getting some pasta and sauce to take home and make yourself.

I was able to coordinate the arrival of his flight to our reservation time, and it worked out perfectly! My son arrived just a few minutes before us. He followed us into the parking garage designated for the restaurant (free for 2 hours with validation). She was completely unaware as he walked up to her car door and tapped on the window. As you can imagine, she screamed with happiness! This was the start to our wonderful time at V Modern. It was busy for a Wednesday night. The music was loud as we walked in but nicely muted at our table (11) behind the bar. Our server Stef was engaging and attentive. While going over the menu, we spoke briefly about our visit to Nashville and our daughter finishing her Master's program. He mentioned that he had finished his studies as well. Happy congratulations all around! We started with the Focaccia Tartufata and Marinara Meatballs -- delicious! Save some of the bread to pick up all that tasty marinara! For our mains -- Black Truffle Pipette, Scampi Moderni and Lobster Ravioli. The pastas in all our dishes were perfectly sauced and al dente. Nice portions and lovely presentations. Dessert was festive with the Cannoli Concierge. A server arrived with a tray lit with sparklers. Each cannoli was then customized and prepared tableside. Our son opted for the gelato. As we finished, Stef let us know that the cannolis were complimentary in celebration of our daughter. :) Beautiful restaurant with upscale decor. Ample seating inside and outside. Excellent service. Just a minor note that it got a bit hot at one point during our dinner. As we looked around, other customers were fanning themselves. It seemed that the a/c may have turned off. But this did not take away from our overall experience. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Nashville!

V Modern Italian The…read morerestaurant itself is beautiful and "modern" designed as the name suggests. It is very well designed and definitely ~feels~ upscale. We started off with a big espresso martini tower. There were 12 drinks and they were strong, the only downside was the size was maybe 6-8oz and the price was pretty staggering at $150 but that is mostly for show, so to be expected. Next we got Meatballs as an appetizer. I would say there's nothing too special about these (which will be mirrored by most things later.) The meatballs tasted ~fine~, there wasn't anything special but also nothing off putting about it. For the main dishes I got the Black Truffle Pipette for $32. The dish came with braised short rib, but it was pretty disappointing with the portion of short rib. There were maybe 2 good bites of short rib in the entire dish. I also didn't get much of any black truffle taste, the pasta itself was somewhat bland in general. The next dish was Manicotta Della Casa for $23. This dish is hard to explain as it has a lot going on but essentially tastes like a pizza with all the toppings scraped off in a dish together with no crust. It wasn't bad by any means just a little interesting. Overall this was my second impression of the place, I haven't been impressed either time to be honest. I knew it was going to be like this due to the "tourist trap" energy it gives off. Don't get me wrong it's very fun, servers are good and lively, but I think the food just doesn't do it for me necessarily for the price point of the dishes. As one of my favorite food reviewers says "pasta should never be overpriced, it's a poor man's dish."
