The photos below are the end of their work - they would normally backfill the edges and re-seed it, but I asked them to leave it so we could trim it out in river rock (something we just like to do ourselves).

It has been over a week later and I still have not heard anything. Yes, I could call and request my estimate, but I should not have to chase down an estimate to spend my hard earned money. I feel that having to chase down an estimate is a sign of things to come if I were to go with the company. This business needs to improve its communication and follow-up. I initially posted a job for tree removal to another company, however, that company was not…read moreresponsive. So, I broadened the search. Integrity Tree Solution responded. An employee let me know that he'd have the owner, Russ, give me a call in the morning. In the morning, Russ called and we discussed what I needed. He had a couple calls to make, and then he said he'd let me know about coming out to give an estimate. Instead, he came by the house (fortunately, I was home) and we discussed the job. As the price was reasonable, I discussed a couple other related issues. We agreed on a price for all of it that I would consider a good value. He was available the next day (today). We agreed on a time, 11am, and he was here within 5-10 minutes of that with his crew of two others. I was a little nervous that he was using a ground crew (no bucket) to take down a relatively tall tree between my house and a neighbor's house. However, I needn't worry. The method worked beautifully. His crew mostly kept to themselves. They did everything they'd promised to do. Heck, they even took away an old Christmas tree I still had outside that had never made its way to the curb. After about 3-4 hours, their trailer was completely full. It was a good stopping point with pretty much everything done other than some additional clean-up and trimming down the stump a bit more. That's to come. I'm confident they will follow-through. This company has reportedly been around awhile, though they're new on Yelp. I'm quite pleased. Communication was good. The work was done on time. The work is of good quality, and the pricing was fair. Russ himself is friendly - he knew I was stuck in my home due to an unexpected car issue, and more than once he offered to bring something back when he had to run an errand. Quite nice. I would, and most certainly will, use them again.
