Rented a tuxedo for my brother's wedding. Something which should be a once in a life time event. I…read moreended up attending looking like absolute garbage because after 2 fittings they still couldn't get things right and it was too late to do anything else. Initially the pants were almost 6" too short. They redid the hem and they ended up only about 2" short for the wedding. Now I'm 40 years old and if my height is changing it is to be shorter not taller. I pretty much had the choice of flooding or sagging the whole wedding. I went with sagging because the coat would cover that part of it. The shirt sleeves covered my hands, as did the coat sleeves. I couldn't actually tuck the shirt in and have it stay in because it was too short. The person doing the fittings tried to tell me that is how it was supposed to be. They did replace the coat except it ended up too broad at the shoulders in order to have the right sleeves, but again it was too late to do anything. The vest was serviceable. I ended up having to completely undo the straps and put them back in to the buckles because they were so twisted you couldn't actually adjust things. The shirt came complete with a stain on the back which I didn't see until I was getting dressed the day of the wedding. All of this took place within 3 days of them getting the tuxedo in. There was very limited time to actually fix things because of how tight the time frame in was on their end. We ordered like 5 months ahead of time. Do not come here. Their product is terrible and their employees do not care. Edit: support offered me $120 back which will take up to a month. The amount is nowhere near what was paid and the timeframe is a joke. When I tried to talk to someone in store the only thing they said to me was "have a good day." No foul language was used and my voice was at the normal level because my 7 year old was with me and I try to set a good example.

It was an emergency! Traveling an hour and 45 minutes from Chelsea, MI to Grand Blanc, MI to…read moreattend our nephew's wedding in which my husband was to officiate, we arrived at the hotel in Grand Blanc an hour and a half prior to the wedding only to find that we had forgotten to pack his suit! No way would we have time to go back and retrieve it, so we were told to go to Craig Ryan which was a mile or so up the road. Wearing cargo shorts, flip flops and a t-shirt, we announced to the salesmen that we had an emergency and needed full "get up" in an hour! They quickly worked together in outfitting my husband in a handsome, well-fitting suit, tie and shirt and even hemmed the slacks. These guys were great to work with. They worked hard and put us both at ease realizing that he wouldn't have to marry his nephew and niece-in-law wearing cargo shorts, flip flops and a t-shirt! Thank you to all the salesmen that helped us through this stressful moment and making it a great story for whenever he wears his lovely new suit!

The bottoms had been worn off after a couple years and had been replaced at Johnnys in Flint. He just had them replaced and they looked like factory. I had a pair of hitest boots from 1999 that had the soles worn off but the leather uppers looked good. I took them in and had tem repaired. They cleaned, polished, replaced the soles, and laces at 1/4 the cost of new. Highly recommended, impeccable workmanship.
