I've been to this location twice now and both times I have received exceptional customer service. Upon entering I am greeted and they ask me the usual questions like why am here, why'd you come back etc etc.. The store is very clean and organized and they do there very best to be attentive towards all customers. I was shopping for a suit, Drew(Ass mgmt) helped me pick out a navy suit, shoes, belt, tie, dress shirt for $501. He was exceptional, helped me every step of the way. The only tiff I have about this experience and past experience is they seem to always want to up sell you. I told him I had a budget of roughly 500 for a suit and we shopped around for 500 dollar suits. I stumbled upon an original 700 dollar suit for 229... He did not pick this one out for me.. So when you go in there ask for "the special deal of the day." Same scenario happened for the shoes. I give this business a five star review because of the customer service, it's exceptional. Rented a tuxedo for my brother's wedding. Something which should be a once in a life time event. I ended up attending looking like absolute garbage because after 2 fittings they still couldn't get things right and it was too late to do anything else. Initially the pants were almost 6" too short. They redid the hem and they ended up only about 2" short for the wedding. Now I'm 40 years old and if my height is changing it is to be shorter not taller. I pretty much had the choice of flooding or sagging the whole wedding. I went with sagging because the coat would cover that part of it. The shirt sleeves covered my hands, as did the coat sleeves. I couldn't actually tuck the shirt in and have it stay in because it was too short. The person doing the fittings tried to tell me that is how it was supposed to be. They did replace the coat except it ended up too broad at the shoulders in order to have the right sleeves, but again it was too late to do anything. The vest was serviceable. I ended up having to completely undo the straps and put them back in to the buckles because they were so twisted you couldn't actually adjust things. The shirt came complete with a stain on the back which I didn't see until I was getting dressed the day of the wedding. All of this took place within 3 days of them getting the tuxedo in. There was very limited time to actually fix things because of how tight the time frame in was on their end. We ordered like 5 months ahead of time. Do not come here. Their product is terrible and their employees do not care. Edit: support offered me $120 back which will take up to a month. The amount is nowhere near what was paid and the timeframe is a joke. When I tried to talk to someone in store the only thing they said to me was "have a good day." No foul language was used and my voice was at the normal level because my 7 year old was with me and I try to set a good example. read more

Upon entering, I was not overly impressed with no greeting and an attempt to hunt down someone to help, but once I found Jack, my experience was one of the best customer experience I've ever had. He took the time needed to help complete the entire look needed for two gentlemen from the suit down to the shoes and was able to find the perfect sizes needed in a very well-made suit needed with no alterations. I had not even thought about the need for possible alterations with our event being in less than a week. I'm so glad he was able to accommodate us! He was honest about when things looked good and when they didn't look so good, which I appreciated, and was funny, but so nice. Our personalities meshed well together. I would highly recommend this store for a great suit, but only if you see Jack. I will be getting all of our future accessories needed here from him and him only. The clothes are okay, some good sales for suits and jackets, but forget about them for tuxedo rental. I used them once for tux rental and it turned out to be a pitiful experience. They are more than happy to take your money and fawn all over you when you are paying them in advance, but once the event rolls around and you need the tux to be in on time and fit perfectly, then forget it. They can't be bothered to remember your name. My tux was ill-fitting, the salespeople were very unhelpful, bordering on rude and seemed to show very little concern for my fit concerns with the tux. Everything about it was wrong and the salespeople and manager were very nonchalant. In fact, out of the six tuxes for the wedding, every one was ill-fitting or had visible stains or damage except for one. Only one tux was fine at the time of pickup! That's shameful as hell. It was like pulling teeth to get the problems with each tux rectified before the wedding. I finally had to call their regional manager at another store to motivate them to take care of the problems with my tux. They ought to be ashamed of themselves, but I doubt that they are. Now, I will never shop here again. Why give your hard-earned money to a store that doesn't deserve it? I don't know what other Men's Wearhouse stores are like, except for the one with the regional manager whom I dealt with on the phone, but this one is not worth the trouble. Very unprofessional. An absolutely regrettable experience. I wish that our party had known more about them in the first place, but hindsight truly is 20/20, regrettably so. read more

Wish I could give them less than 1 star. Bought my husband some shirts and suit coats, paid cash, had to return a shirt for less than $100 and they had to issue a check from corporate, said I should receive in 14 days. What kind of store doesn't have at least some cash in a drawer when they are open for business??? I offered to come back later in the day bc he did say they were going to the bank and was told no they still wouldn't have it. Did I mention the return was less than $100 ??? We just picked up my fiancés tux for our wedding next week. Upon entering, we were not greeted or noticed or anything what so ever. No hello, how are you, nothing. The place was empty as far as customers go. We told the lady we were there to try on the tux and If everything was good to take it. She was so confused she asked two people what to do and ran around the store about three times. She even said she was confused on what she was doing. How hard is it to understand hey you have our tux we ordered and he needs to try it on and then take it home if all is good. So, my fiancé tried on the tux, one of the buttons is completely loose. Almost as if they didn't even check the whole package and what it looked like. Also, they didn't even iron the shirt!!!! If I'm picking something up like this that I paid good money for it should be all ready for me to just put on and go and not worry about ironing the damn thing too! Highly disappointed with the customer service especially and the product. Wouldn't and won't ever recommend this place to anyone. read more

I wish that I could give no stars. This store is so unprofessional and rude. They waited till less then two weeks out from our wedding to put in my fiancés order. Then they told us we have to come in and get refitted with less than 48hours notice. But, the best part is the way the screwed us out of a lot of money, because they say the can not fit him because he is a body builder and is to muscular. I recommend going else where. I would not recommend Men's Warehouse to anyone. They messed up almost all of our tuxes for the wedding Except three of them. The day of the wedding the tuxes still were not fixed. I will say the Manger of the establishment tried everything to fix things. The one on Linden road is worse when it comes to customer service. To many other options out there to rent tuxes. read more

Talk about the most unprofessional place, we ordered 9 tuxes from this store and 8 out of the 9 were stained!!!! One of our ushers, who lives the closest to this Mens Wearhouse location (an hour away) took his tux back and they reordered for him, The new one came the morning of the wedding! And get this, it was still stained!!! And they expected him to wear it. So instead they said they'll give 40% off to him?! Im sorry but the tuxes were $185!!! Which leaves them at $111....That is WAY TO MUCH to be wearing a stained tux! I never even found this all out until during our ceremony...(everyone in the wedding was trying to be understanding and not stress the bride out by telling me) the moment I found out that something was wrong was the moment I walked down the isle, I was pretty upset that not one of the men had their suit coat on! I thought my soon to be husband decided this. NO HE DID NOT, two of the groomsmen had big grease stains in multiple areas on their suit coats therefore none of them were able to wear the coat or it would've looked funny. The best man had big black scuff marks on his white shoes that I could clearly notice! And two of the other groomsmen had stains on their pants. Both ushers had stains, one on his white shirt and the other had it on his vest and not to mention the groom had a large grease stain on his upper thigh of his pants! All they could say to us about the groom was "his tux was free, so we can't do anything about his!" I don't care if it was free!! I care about what my wedding looked like! I mean how unprofessional is that?! The only person that did not have an issue was my dad (who walked me down the isle and then sat down) I am very upset with Mens Wearhouse and even more with this location. The fact that when I called corporate they then contacted the regional manager, who did absolutely nothing! I talked to him personally and he said he would take care of it...he called corporate back and said he did. HE LIED! He did nothing whatsoever to help us. All we asked for was some kind of reimbursement for ruining the whole look of our wedding! And yet having to pay extra for the suit coat and not being able to wear it?! This place is a joke. Once they get your money they do not care if you're happy or not. They told corporate that they contacted all the men in our party and not one complained! That is a downright lie! Everyone complained, why would we do all of this if there wasn't a problem?! I would never recommend going here to anyone. And I'm not saying this out of anger I'm saying it because you WILL regret it and you need to be warned. We know 5 weddings that are being planned between both of our families and friends and they all were planning on using Mens Wearhouse until they seen the issues we had at our wedding and how it can ruin your big day!
