Messages should be delivered by the morning around the start of the day so all customers can take advantage of the great deals. I had not received any kind of information (that I am aware of) through any of my means of communication that open store hours were going to be reduced by 2 hours early throughout the week. Coupled with the fact that I don't get out of work until 6:00 pm it was definitely a bummer when I finally showed up to the store, driving all the way from Corunna just to have to turn around. I missed a REALLY good holiday sale and it just leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Maybe more transparency would be helpful, for them and for their customer base.
