I purchased 3 mattresses and frames here last week…read more Erin, my sales person, was so awesome! She was extremely helpful and even stayed late to complete my purchase. I loved her attitude. She talked about how much she loves working for this company and how they are so supportive of their employees. Nowadays it seems like everyone is always complaining so it was very refreshing to deal with someone who had such a positive attitude. When I got home, I noticed a very strong odor coming from the automatic bed frame I purchased. I looked it up online and found that others had noticed something similar. When I looked on the tag, it said it contained high levels of polyurethane. It was giving me a severe headache. I have an issue sometimes with formaldehyde and strong chemicals. I never dreamed to see if they were in a bed! But apparently mattresses and particle board can contain high levels of these types of chemicals! I called the store and spoke to the manager. He was very helpful. He said they would exchange the base for me and upgraded me another product that was mostly metal (the particle board was what contained high levels of polyurethane on the original one) free of charge. I just had to pay the $149 sanitization fee that they charge if you return a mattress. Normally, they don't allow returns on the bases, but he made an exception because it was bothering me so much. Overall, I was very pleased and would definitely recommend this store.

Another of my fam member calling mattress firm to cancel another mattress order (because of the WEAK customer service that my sister encountered) and Scott from the Galveston location said we would have to pick up a receipt IF we wanted a confirmation number/reference number after cancelling it. Do you have no way to send a cancel confirmation or reference number through an email? Like every other company in the world? Would you like to sniff and sleep on a molded mattress ? Speak to someone in the lake Jackson, Rosharon, Galveston TX area and figure it out. Disgusting and just idiotic customer service, and because of that I hope y'all go out of business.
