This was the easiest move we've ever had! Communication was TOP NOTCH - everything was verified in writing and NOTHING was added at the last minute, causing an up charge in the price quoted. I appreciated the all inclusive price because I've had movers who quote by the hour and then take their time moving things to add a couple of hours to the price. Needed help getting an entertainment center from Costco to my house and up on the 2nd floor. Mr Buff was responsive, and able to meet me a day later after we spoke. Met me at Costco, followed me home and got everything done in about 45 minutes. Loved the fact he charged a flat rate. Other moving companies wanted a 2 hour minimum and a trip charge. Honest, dependable movers who care! I had received an unbelievably low quote from another moving agency located in FL (note: I lived in WA state and was moving to AZ). Google showed them as a 5-star moving company. However, in checking with BBB I discovered that this moving company actually had 100+ complaints against them. The positive reviews were all from the same IP address. Realizing that I was about to get scammed, I canceled my service with the FL movers (they refused to give me a refund of my deposit). Hired this company to install a ceiling tv mount on my patio. He did to a great job on the installation BUT during the installation while using tape on the ceiling for assistance with his tools the tape removed some paint from my ceiling. He said at the beginning of the installation he did confirm that he guarantees his work and like for it to look how it did at arrival when he leaves but that wasn't the case. It had gotten dark so it wasn't touched up before leaving and when contacting him to repair he asked if my son or husband can do it because he lives like a hour and a half away...WOW is all I'm going to say read more

I think I made a mistake in terms of the appointment time. The cleaning was started at around 4 pm and it finished past 7 pm. It was so dark that it was challenging to check up the cleaning work. Anyhow the cleaning team did their best to clean up. For me I have learned that the appointment time should be set up before noon or latest 1 pm. read more

Mr Buff, Mr Marcus, and Mrs Buff moved my entire four bedroom house to the new house, mounted five TV's, assembled four beds, put together my entire office, and brought over an entire garage of exercise equipment. We moved today with Mr Buff (and Mrs. Buff). It was an amazing experience! From the beginning they were very prompt with answering phone calls and text messages, and answered any questions I had. They showed up with a pickup truck and a HUGE trailer, which I'll be honest, made me a little nervous that everything would fit and that they could get it all with just the 2 of them! But when they got to work they were fast and efficient! They were able to move our heaviest things for us. We had a bit of a snafu with having access to our new home.
