I drove to Mr. Cigar from MA to get some flavored Cigars. Ther I met Allen and his wife. Both were extremely nice and seemed to appreciate my business. They had a nice sized humidor with a variety of cigars and he informed me of a few that I might like and they weren't the most expensive sticks in the store. They also gave me a free ticket to an event they were having that unfortunately I could not attend my I was appreciative of the gesture. I definitely will be back. read more

Went here last night to get some tobacco for a friend. Prices were really good. I went in there large humidor and got a few cigars as well. Very large selection. Owner was very nice and informative. They have a large selection of tobacco for rolling your own cigarettes or pipe tobacco. They have lockers for members with a small smoking area. I did not go look at it. But it is a nice place, so I assume the lounge is nice. It was even closed and the owner was nice enough to let me in. Saved me a trip from having to go there today. read more

I haven't been here in a while. Boy have things changed. I used to stop her at least once a week. Matt and Richard are great guys very helpful and friendly. The place now has a full bar. The one employee today seemed unhappy to be there. And I know I'm old but what happened to proper work attire ? Nose ring? Over stretched yoga pants. T shirt straining to hold back an avalanche. It just turns me off. I won't be back. Even cigar selection is poor. Matt used to have many varieties of Romeo and of Rocky Patel. Today I found s very limited selection. read more

I went today to meet a friend and enjoy a good smoke. We were greeted by Al, who made us feel very welcome. He told us about upcoming events there, and took good care of us the entire time. There's a walk in humidor with a decent selection. Pretty active shop right on Mineral Spring Avenue. Great cast of characters...smoking and conversing in pretty tight quarters. The TV is always on...mostly Faux News...they need a new one...and the talk is mostly anti-government...and anti-Obama. Since I am a liberal I buy my smokes and leave quickly. read more

I've been to a few nice cigar shops in the past, but more often than not I was treated like an idiot because I'm not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to cigars. Not the case here at Mr. Cigar. One of the owners, Richard, talked to me for fifteen minutes to find out what types of cigars would be best for me. He went through their whole display area, explaining the pros and cons of each based on boldness and price. In the end, I left with 5 very nice cigars, and he even threw in a brand new double blade cigar cutter with my purchase. I would highly recommend this place, and I will definitely be going back once I finish the cigars I purchased today. Top notch! read more
