Awesome plumber. Good value for the money. I chose him because everyone seemed very happy with his work and so am I. I called on the afternoon of Easter and James came out the next day in the morning for a non time critical fix. I attempted some DYI plumbing the week prior to fix a leaky downspout, replace a burned out under sink garbage disposal, and added a on demand hot water heater for my wife. I put in gaskets in backwards, had s bad smell coming up from one drain, and had leaks on the pipes I attempted to replace. James found all of the issues and my mistakes quickly, pointed out a gasket I put in on the wrong side of the garbage disposal and corrected it, and fixed and tightened my on demand hot water faucet including a minor leak due to my assembly error. Appreciate his work to make everything right. He even found an issue with my dish washer air trap in how the line was configured and improved the line with a proper loop while shortening the drainage line with the proper angles. He was thorough and tested everything for leaks at the end of his work before leaving. I will use this business for any future plumbing troubles and would highly recommend him to friends/family or anyone needing work done well. My wife his happy to have her kitchen back without leaks in our kitchen sink. I appreciated that this contractor communicated when he was going arrive on site as well day of.
