I had a clogged kitchen line at one of my properties and contacted various plumbers to give me a quote and schedule a service. I did get various responses, however 24/7 plumbing was the first to respond to my online quote via Yelp. They gave me a very competitive estimate and worked around my schedule to come to my property. Most importantly I felt they were very friendly and wanted to help me with my concerns. Dan was the plumber who I spoke with over the phone to verbally explain my plumbing situation and the pricing. Furthermore, he emailed me a clear estimated invoice to ensure there were no hidden charges. The following day he also texted me 30 minutes before his arrival. My tenant unfortunately did not come home in time, but Dan was very patient and was still willing to work with me to come back at the end of the day to resolve the issue. I had an outside spigot that started to leak. It was located on the ground and a contractor had run over it with a vehicle. The plumber came out and had to excavate with a jackhammer to find the damaged area to repair and then replace the concrete. He also relocated the spigot over a few inches to keep it away from vehicular traffic. The job took a few hours and he worked late into the night. All in all, it was a beautiful fix, the spigot looks good and is now in working order. read more

Update: Well, after leaving my initial review moments ago, the owner left a response on here calling my review a "joke" and saying they didn't have me "in their database". I had been contemplating giving them a second chance down the road hoping that I would have better luck, but after seeing their defensive and rude attitude on Yelp, I will not be doing that. I have uploaded my phone record of having had called them. After the initial two calls, the guy who came out to my house to give me price provided me with his cell phone number on which I texted him repeatedly, but he was never able to make it out in the morning. Tried a few times, and one day waited all day for him to come, but he never showed. Finally, I texted, and he said he was tied up in an emergency, which I can understand. What I can't understand is not texting to let me know and leaving me to wait and waste my entire day. Apparently, the businesses' response is an insinuation that I am a liar. It's pretty sad that a person can't leave a review without the business calling it a "joke". I'm entitled to post my personal experience with this company. What this response tells me is, if I would have had them do plumbing work for me and experienced a problem with that work, they may very well have responded to me saying my issue was a "joke" and not been willing to resolve it. Read more for the potential service you'll receive and especially take a look at the pictures attached if to get a feel of the people you're dealing with. --------- I'll start by saying the two young professionals who helped me were amazing and kind. I believe their names were Andrew (A) and Dadrion (D). They patiently let me watch the installation of the water heater and explained the whole process. Although they were young, they are intelligent, outgoing, and understand how to treat customers. If these two had their own business, this review would be 5-stars. Unfortunately, this 1-star review is towards the upper management including a fellow named Robert. Apparently, the older folks in this family business aren't receptive to feedback and don't take too kindly to it. In fact, if you try making any type of complaint about their service, you'll be fought back and accused of trying to get them to refund you (I'm still baffled and confused to this day). Although A and D were exceptional, there were two things I mentioned to the upper management that I had a problem with and they weren't specifically about A & D. First, if they are going to send two plumbers, make sure at least one is a senior plumber. A third plumber, Robert, who is experienced in the field had to come and finish what A & D couldn't. It took a total of 7 hours each from A & D and roughly 3 hours for Robert for a sum total of 17 man-hours to install a water heater that I had already bought. If Robert had come initially, I know for a fact the job would've been finished with 2 people in 3 hours as the installation finished immediately when Robert arrived to guide everything. Secondly and unfortunately, my wall was damaged by one of the plumbers who accidentally kicked it and so I asked for reparations. Not a big deal, at most I was expecting a discount on my next service. Perhaps, at the very least, an apology? However, I received quite the opposite. They completely ignored my email. However, Yvette, their receptionist did respond to my next email that they forgot to install the drainpipe to the drain pan to which Robert said he'd come back to fix the issue. Perhaps this is a liability issue they can't ignore? This is where I was completely blindsided by their customer service to which I am still curious about how they think this is fine to behave. I was literally accused by Robert of "manipulating" them to get a refund. I was interrogated why my tenant didn't let him into my property for her son's birthday to inspect my claim against them. I thought it would be obvious, but if I can't get into my tenant's property because of California law without an emergency or notifying them in advance, what makes you think you can show up announced at her residence without even letting us know in advance? (See attached pictures of accusation) The boldness you have to even presume my tenant and I are conspiring against your business for a few hundred dollar refund is puzzling). Fixing a drainpipe isn't that important at 9 pm just because you didn't show up at all to your appointment at 10 am. Additionally, they believe they're doing customers a blessing by their inexpensive services. If you even try to make comments about their service, they defend themselves by saying you received a good deal. See attached picture for an example of how they try to make my comments completely invalid by saying I received $700 worth of labor for $300. Well, if you read my initial email that was the exact problem I mentioned about your business. You would know I suggested sending a senior plumber in addition to a junior instead of two 19-year old junior plumbers who were amazing but didn't know how to fix a problem that you immediately resolved when you came by. You can see how they defend their services on Yelp from other reviewers that they are the cheapest service around as well. Being inexpensive is not a reason to allow a poor quality experience. There was a ton of time spent stagnant and we both know you had to redo several things for others. It's ironic, my initial email with my comments had nothing but positive things to say about Robert. He's honestly a talented guy but clearly needs to learn how to handle difficult situations better. There's no need for accusations, you're professionals and should represent your business better. It's strange I have to try and apologize for hurt feelings when I haven't received a single apology for the job taking from 3 pm - 10 pm, for the dent in my wall, for showing up to my tenant's property unannounced and then setting a time to come and not showing up, for not installing the drainpipe in the first place, and for my initial concerns. In the end, I stopped the conversation as a few bucks and a drainpipe wasn't worth fighting over. Lesson learned. Cheap for a reason. read more

Very unexpectedly, our septic tank system became really backed up, one afternoon. My family and I were very desperate in resolving the situation as soon as possible, considering that we couldn't use the restroom, or shower. I made a few attempts in contacting other companies. Some were extremely busy, and others didn't even bother to respond via Yelp, or answer the phone. Danny, was very receptive as far as answering all of my questions, and very effective in solving our septic tank issue. His price was very competitive, and he did deliver on the $25.00 Yelp discount.Although he stated he was extremely busy, he was able to have one of his drivers show up the very next morning, and pump our system out.
