My usual plumber was out sick so I had to find someone quickly to check on the leak which was visible from the outside wall. I called and was scheduled next day. That was great, there is however a 300 dollar inspection fee, I've never heard of that, pretty steep, but it does go towards the service. The issue was a simple leak repair, parts needed replacement which cost me over 2k. They are a bit on the expensive side, but at least they got the job done and it was done promptly. Let me start off by saying I went without my kitchen sink for about two weeks. Andrew responded to the post and expressed he could help with getting my pipes and faucet installed. He arrived at the scheduled time as he indicated approximately 4:00pm. He was able to offer a reasonable price for his labor. I did not feel over charged and he provided respectful conversation. He was able to identify some other issues and told me he would return if there were any future issues and provided estimates. You don't always need a plumber but when I do I'll be calling him back.
