A terrible experience in Utica, MI. I paid for the most expensive package, and during the wash they broke my front windshield. This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of care for customers' vehicles. On top of that, the staff was unprofessional and rude, and took no responsibility for the damage they caused. Instead of resolving the issue, they ignored it. This place has no safety standards and no respect for customers. If you don't want to risk your car and your money, stay away from this car wash. If this situation is not resolved, I will be forced to take legal action to recover my damages. Do not recommend at all. read more

Came here and was the only car in line. I requested the middle car wash that came with a pre soak and rim wash. The guy charged me with an attitude for whatever reason and then sent my car through without pre soaking it and only the light for the $1.99 wash turned on. This was a complete scam. They gave me a lower service than what I asked and I'm pretty sure the guy purposely did it because it was towards the end of the day. Don't waste your time here. 0 stars for real. So, I'm on my way to an appt, I have extra time and yeehaw, here's a quick wash. So, the signs outside advertise the $3 wash. That's the super basic. There were 3 choices. The "ultimate" was $13. That's what I chose. I am super leary of the washes we've you have to get your car "on the rail". I've had a couple disasters at other places. I got super excited cuz the fella was hand spraying the back of the car in front of me, so I knew he'd be able to guide me. So, he waves me up, and I say, "oh, you spray down the car." Attitude that wouldn't and didn't quit. He starts in on me that they don't do any hand washing. I was aware of that. He never gave me a chance to finish. I tried to stop him as I gave him my card, and he starts in on me. "I was trying to explain...etc. He was beyond rude. He such my card in the machine and I said, "if you're going to have attitude, forget it." He pulls my card out and starts to hand it back to be. I say, "really"? More smartalec comments. I used some colorful language backing up as he told the woman behind me "You'll have to back up cuz she's mad." Guess what? She pulled away, too. This was so inappropriate. This guy is the manager. To start off I have a 25-year-old car that's very long and all I wanna do is straighten up a little bit before I pulled in when I proceeded to do that he threw his arms in the air in a very very arrogant manner more like a little child. I drove in and asked for the $10 monthly special (from the sign sitting on hall rd). The gentleman helping me said "it's an extra dollar for SUVs"and proceeded to give me change for my $11 charge for a $20. I asked him if a receive something for when I come back, and he said "we are out of the coupon books.i thought you wanted the super wash" (which sounds nothing like "monthly unlimited". I asked him if they would be getting them in again, and he said "we are all out of coupon books. The third time I tried to ask if they would be recieving more in the future, he said "FOR THE THIRD TIME, WE HAVE NO MORE COUPON BOOKS!" I was so taken back by this response, I asked to please have my money back and back out. As I was leaving I had to ask him 3 times if he was the owner of that establishment, and he finally told me he runs the place. I frequent this car wash weekly, and have always had an excellent experience. I was excited to see a $10/month special. I wish I could give zero stars. Terrible experience, would never go back. The attendant with no teeth was extremely rude because I did not have exact change. I offered to pay with a card he said no, the machine is broke. There was no sign saying exact change only. He said, he's not a bank and what do I expect for a $2.00 shit show. Needless to say, I left without getting my car washed. I have no idea why others have given this car wash a bad review. My husband has been going there for a few months and has ALWAYS been happy. I was in the area today so thought I'd try it. Paid the $1.99 for express wash and in I went. So surprised that every inch of my dark blue car was clean. Most other car washes leave the back dirty. Definitely try it.. When you get a text message of your sister in law crying because the two male attendants yelled at her for getting a car wash, it makes you wonder what sort of establishment this is. I am not comfortable allowing my wife, or family getting their car washed there. They charge you $3 to get the car washed, because they're cheap and get you in the door. How can any car wash company be rude and horrible to customers, especially women, and survive, when you can go down Hall Road and pass 5 other places? The company does not have a website probably because it is hiding behind the shame of the way they treat people, which is unfortunate because I would like to post this review on their website. Unfortunately, this place will still get business from people because of the cheap price tag, however like many things in life you get what you pay for. Ultimately, like countless people who have posted a similar review, I will spend $10 to get the same car wash with a company that treats the customer with respect. Awful. Shameful. This is the worst service I've had at a car wash. They claim all vehicles are the same price, but aren't. This guy named joe tries to charge me extra to pre spray down my car. Isn't that your job to pre spray the car before entering the car wash. Ask to speak to manger and he walks off swearing and muttering under his breathe and tells me to go elsewhere. I am pretty sure this place uses their own recyclyed water, because it smelled bad during the first rinse. The final rinse may be clean, but car did not come out clean at all. I do not reccomend this place. Go to EJ's just east of here for a better wash. read more

Avoid!! I just wanted a 6$ car wash but was suggested to get there "best" car wash for $8. They just ran it through without using a brush. I got home noticed i still had dead bugs and debris on the grill. I went back up there to see what they could do. Was going to get my car washed, as advertised it says $2, nothing more, nothing less. I pull up and tell him that I want the "Good" wash, he says "That'll be $3." I asked why it wasn't $2, and he explained about how "new management" said it was a policy that cars over 5' have to be charged a dollar more. Yet my car is only an inch and a half over 5'? I pulled in this morning to take advantage of a rainy day free car wash special this business was promoting with a roadside sign. I thought "what a great way to market for new patrons". As I pulled in and waited for the wash to begin, I looked at the attendant who was glaring at me with a disgusted look on his face. The attendant came out and questioned us "How'd you get in here?" "Didn't you see the sign?" Don't waste your money! There are plenty of other car washes that are friendly and would gladly accept your business. Today on my way home I stopped since it was convenient. There was a truck in front of me, he paid and it was now my turn.. the employee taking the money asked what I wanted, I said the $5 wash. I handed him my credit card & he asks me 'Do you have cash?' I said No.. he then said 'You don't have any cash?' I said no only a credit card. He then replied with 'You'll have to leave'. I said 'I didn't see any signs that say cash only?' He just smiled and said 'Sorry' I then asked numerous times where the sign was that says cash only and he didn't respond. There was a line behind me which the employee made back up in order for me to get out of the car wash. Where's the owner?? After my bad experience maybe they should be responding to all these AWFUL reviews! If I could put a lower rating on this place I would. I stopped by and was taking advantage of the "free rainy day " car wash. When I pulled in there was no one around so I pulled to the back that's when I noticed a guy running out of the office, He lined up my left wheel on the conveyer and started the car wash but he was motioning to me to roll down my window so I did even with my van starting in the wash only to hear him say " YOUR WELCOME" in a very loud pissed off voice. Well maybe I would have said "THANK YOU" for the free wash had you been doing your job instead of being in the office or maybe if you hadn't started the conveyer before I had a chance to say thank you. If you don't want to give away free car washes then take down your sign and close. That would be better that being rude and obnoxious. If that was the owner then he is an ass and if it's just an employee he need to get another job because I know one thing. I will never return to that car wash for the free wash or the $5.00 wash that I use to get there on a regular basis. read more
