After Dr. Dazey looked at my husbands dental x-rays, he said, " I would love to sell you a root canal, since that is how I make a living, but you actually need a dental implant " He took a lot of time with us, how he came to that conclusion and pointed out the areas of the tooth that showed no root damage. It is wonderful to go to a dentist who is more about the patient then making an extra dollar and we both very much appreciated his honesty, integrity and good work ethic. My husband mentioned to me, that he really wished he did dental implants. I would go to Dr. Dazey in a heartbeat, if I needed a root canal or any other procedure that he performs. Thanks Dr. Dazey. However, those with insurance be prepared to pay more in advance than you should and then wait for a refund. This is why I dropped them to 3 stars. They claim that they cannot get the exact coverage up front without a 4 week in advance study. Yet, every other dental facility has been able to just call that day to find out the exact coverage amount. So, DFW Endodonics charges a hefty amount up front and then refunds you later (much later). I have been to 3 different dental facilities in the last 3 months for specialized treatment. Every one of them, except DFW Endodonics, was able to call ahead and get the exact coverage amount while I was in the office. This includes an oral surgeon. So, even though this is a 5* facility, I cannot give them what they deserve because of the insurance billing hassles. If you are not worried about insurance issues, then I highly recommend this business. Otherwise, be prepared to pay more at the office initially than you would expect to with insurance coverage. I value my time and don't like having to resolve payment issues like this after the fact, when it is completely unnecessary.

Dr. Saunders and the Essential Endodontics crew made the pain go away in less than 2 hours . I also received a call the next day to make sure I was okay . If your dentist sends you here don't be scared, the worst part is when when they numb the area as they are going to work on , you will feel close to nothing during the procedure. A dental emergency needs immediate attention. After doing the Invisalign, Dr Dube, and dental…read moreassistant, Anna constructed a set of temporary veneers made from an acrylic material cemented onto my teeth with temporary cement. The process took place on a Thursday. The following evening I noticed an issue with the temporary; a part of the temporary had a hole. I called the emergency line at Smile NRH at 10:20 pm. At 10:25 pm, Dr. Dube called back, providing her cell phone to receive the photos. She adjusted her schedule on Saturday morning to get me in to fix the temporary. Dr. Dube followed up on Monday to ensure I had no other issues. In addition, Jackie is accommodating. She works with you and your dental insurance, scheduling appointments and following up. Robyn is one of the best hygienists. She is thorough and caught my bone atrophy, where I got immediate attention to prevent further bone loss. I've dealt with constant pain from a wisdom tooth, that was tearing into my cheek. I was skeptical of dentist for I've encountered countless heavy handed and awkward dentists. Not once did I ever feel unsafe or misinformed of any of the treatment I received. When it came to my procedure being over only thing left was to pay, I was worried of the price based off the quality of experience I received I knew it put me over my budget.
