I went in for a alignment and was told they could do it but wouldn't give a warranty because I needed a lot of suspension work. They gave me a list of what needed to be replaced and I got it all done. I went back today after getting all the suspension work done and buying new tires. They did the alignment and told me after that they could not warranty it because the check engine and ABS lights were on but they knew from my last visit that these lights were on. They acknowledged that but still refused to give a warranty. I have been coming to them for years so this is very disappointing. read more

Worthy of a review!! When you deal with many places you come to realize just how important some of the extra attention is done. Patience is important, but my tires arrive quickly. The lady at the desk is extremely nice and I have nothing but positive things to say. They worked on my Tesla Performance Model 3, we got all the tires figured out and saved enough to do it twice. I called the shop before heading up there to get a price on balancing my tires. The lady at the front desk who answered told me it would be 20 dollars per tire after she got the sizes of my tires. I had the wheels and tires in the back of my truck and the plan was to put them on my wife's Tahoe. Once they balanced the tires and put them on the Tahoe I went inside to pay and she charged me $115.00. I told her she said it would be $80.00 so I am not sure why she charged me $115.00. She proceeded to say it was because they rotated my tires. Any time they balance tires they have to take off the tires so thats very disappointing. I also unloaded the wheels/tires for the guys and loaded the originals back on my truck. She obviously understand that you need to take the tire off to balance it or she just wanted to charge me more. Unfortunately that was my first and last experience with Mr. Ds! read more

Useless. The first time I went, I stood there forever then had to go find someone to come help me. The second time, I wanted a tire checked that had a slow leak and they refused. They put air in it, which I can do myself. I know how to check the pressure and add air...I also know that when a tire is losing air, it needs to be checked. They would not help me. I went to get an oil change and it was so expensive and they took over an hour and a half to just change my oil not even waiting and I had my baby in the car and she was sleeping normally no problem to stay in the car but they all made it this huge deal and treated my horribly I will never be going back there read more

I needed two decent used tires for my vehicle - They had what I needed at the time, quality was good and tire price was fair. However, I also needed to have the TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system)sensor replaced on one wheel and then the system needed to be reset. They replaced the sensor @ $65, but the tire guy did not know how to reset the TPMS. I ended up having to go to Discount Tire a few days later to get this done. The sensor that was replaced was not programmed and a new sensor was needed. I took the sensor back to Mr. D and requested a refund - they refused as I didn't have the valve stem, just the defective sensor. Mr. D had the valve stem and original bad sensor they replaced (evidently discarded - I did not know I'd need it) and Discount Tire only replaced the sensor, not the valve stem, so I did not have a valve stem with the sensor so I'm out the $65. If you have a TPMS issue - take your vehicle to someone who can completely resolve the problem, from troubleshooting to programming. Be advised! read more
