I was about to leave when Darrel asked me to wait, he wanted to check one more thing. After his magic the check engine light WENT OFF, and I passed the inspection. went in , and got my truck inspected this morning. was told charge was $18.50, tried to pay with cash, said they only take credit cards. Signed my charge for $ 18.50. get an alert from discover for $ 19.24. called back to Wizzo asking why he charged my card $ 19.24. He said it was for the machine. I don't care if it is only 74cents, don't tell me I can't pay cash, and then charge me extra. something shady going on at this place. Tell everyone you know not to use them. read more

I saw a lot of bad reviews on here after going to Wizzo and I am honestly surprised. I had the best experience at a tire shop by far! They are very friendly and affordable I went to multiple shops before hand and they quoted me for twice as much as Wizzo for used tires and oil change. They patiently answered all my questions and we had great conversations. they were a bit far from where I live but definitely worth it! Wizzo you got yourself a new customer! read more

This place is predatory. A female family member of mine went in for an inspection and was told her brake fluid was to low to pass and there would be an additional charge to fill up her fluid. The car had just received a PM service by Honda so she was dubious and called me. After reviewing a picture of the fluid reservoir, I told her the level looked fine (well above the "min" line) and that it seemed like a scam. She went back and told the man that she was not interested in purchasing brake fluid, that her fluid levels are fine as they are and was promptly insulted by the technician and a customer. Some of their remarks were "you don't know what you're talking about, I'm a trained inspector" and "why don't you go back to where you came from" etc... After a few insults, she told him she was going on to leave, the tech then decided to pass her car without the fluid! After just claiming it was unsafe and illegal for him to do so? So which is it Wizzo - did you pass an unsafe vehicle or were you being dishonest about the fluid level? read more

I was just told my car would not pass inspection because of a Crack in the windshield you dont even have to have a windshield in texas. There is nothing about it per the state. What happen ive been going to this location 30+ years thru several owners. Guess this one is clueless ill need to find another place to take my business. I hate that. read more

Dishonest, Tricked me into replacing front brake pads. Said they were worn down. Checked discarded pads and found they had plenty left. When I pointed that out he changed the story to, "they need to be smooth". He was unfamiliar with proper tire rotation on an F150 but would follow instructions. Not going back. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. We needed air in our tire and my husband asked him how much after the guy was done, the man working there told us "just whatever you think" so my husband gave him a couple bucks. The man started yelling and screaming at him and charged him like he was going to engage in a physical altercation. My husband was completely taken aback and said what is wrong with you, the man started yelling that it was $10 for air. So my husband gave him $10 and he kept yelling at us and we had to get in our car and drive off. It was terrifying. I would NEVER go back, especially alone. read more

Sold defective new tires. After driving 30 to 40 miles on them, the tire developed two bubbles in the sidewall of the tire from them trying to install the tire on the rim with pry bars. Seeking exchange or refund. I would not recommend having any tire work performed there, maybe just inspections. that did go smooth. Update on refund. Refund was given due to defective tire. Recommend getting tires from the shop and installed elsewhere. read more
