I took 2)- wire spoke wheels w/tires mounted to check balance. He introduced me to his balance expert and then they both checked and adjusted the balance weights for me. The outstanding part of this story is this was at 'No Charge'... I haven't seen this type of service since I was a kid...(ol' guy'). Drove past Tire Mart, and as soon as I got out I was greeted by the manager Mohammed who asked me what I needed. We discussed and went with new tires on the front and slightly used on the back. He got right to work and all I had to do was sit in the waiting room. Where I noticed they also do oil changes, tire disposal, and oil disposals. The waiting room is quiet and not super crowded. The weather channel was playing and there were 4 adults sitting in the room. One of the men in the room said he trust tire mart and he has been coming here 25 years. Mohammed came and told me one of my tires was good and he didn't see me needing to replace it!!! What the what he came to tel me I didn't need to spend the money They have a whole little room with tires, all kinds. The place may not look like much on the outside but if I need a tire the service and speed are well worth me breaking up with the chain stores and coming here!

He also tried to sell me a tire, but it wasn't the correct size for my car. After the spare was installed, I attempted to be helpful and I had already made room in my trunk for the flat tire, but he repeatedly argued with me about where it should go. After going back and forth in 100-degree heat, I ended up loading the tire into my trunk myself. I remained polite throughout the interaction. Although I was understandably frustrated after being stranded for over an hour, he seemed to take my perceived frustration personally, which I found unprofessional. I don't feel the service or customer experience justified the price, and I wouldn't use this business again.

(Mind you the new eta they gave me at 11:31pm means they were supposed to be there at 11:56pm) (they gave me 2 false etas just to hold me) I was frustrated, because I needed a quick service. Not wait for almost 2 hours. If I knew I had to wait that long I would've went a different route. I just needed a new valve stem for my tire. I could've just drove to another shop that would've been open in that time frame. These guys are mobile workers n they will get the job done, but will lie about their etas to keep you.

I've been a customer of Latino's Tire Shop for 7 years, ever since I moved to Texas, and today's…read moreexperience was by far the worst I've ever had. About a week ago, I called and spoke with a woman who quoted me $140 for front brake replacement, or $65 labor if I brought my own brake pads. I arrived today with the amount I had been quoted and expected my vehicle to at least be inspected before discussing any additional repairs. Instead, before anyone even looked at my car, an employee came to my window and immediately told me it would be $340. I explained that I was concerned because that was much higher than the quote I had received and asked if someone could inspect the vehicle first since I mentioned I might also need rotors. Rather than listening or explaining the difference, he became dismissive, said "Bye, friend," and walked away. I waited another 10 minutes before going inside to ask if someone could simply look at my vehicle. I was told, "I'm busy," while I watched other customers be helped. After waiting even longer, I asked to speak with the manager, who I later learned was the owner. Instead of hearing my concerns, he immediately defended his employee, told me I had already upset him, and refused me service without even asking what had happened. I wasn't upset about paying for necessary repairs--I simply wanted my vehicle inspected first and an explanation for why the quoted price had changed so drastically. The lack of communication, professionalism, and respect was extremely disappointing, especially after being a loyal customer for years. Unfortunately, after today's experience, I won't be returning.
