The…read moreprevious service manager started the process of contacting Forest River last fall. this spring, I stopped by the shop to inquire and found out that he was no longer employed and the gentlemen in the shop knew nothing of the recall process. The current service manager took all info through multiple calls and never responded to me. Now the recall has expired and if I need a skylight repair / replacement, it will be my financial obligation instead of the recall that was available. Very poor response and service on part of the service department.
