I mentioned my typical costs and I wasn't provided any more explanation. I went to the post office instead -- and sure enough, it shipped for $22. I don't mind paying a few dollars more to support small business, but a $30+ markup is crazy. It comes across as either dishonest or completely out of touch with actual rates.
