After reading rave reviews on their food I had to make a trip out to the Fortuna Foothills. First off, the two young ladies at the counter were very polite and welcoming. I asked what was their top seller and they told me that it was the Fish & Shrimp Combo. It came with a filled, Shrimp and fries. Loved it, and I plan on going back to try their wings. Great place! Great food and great service! Got in at 5.30pm and it was packed with the locals already chomping down the delicious fried seafood. There was another whole line of people waiting for their takeout. We thought we'd have to wait long but they cleared tables quickly and sat us in about 15minutes. The servers are extremely attentive without being intrusive and very quick. We went there for dinner two nights in a row on our road trip and we loved the wings and shrimps best!! This was a cold stop for us for lunch. Everything was fabulous! We started with the mozzarella sticks. You get eight large cheese sticks plus marinara sauce and ranch. My husband and I each ordered the two piece fish and chips with a side of onion rings. This was a lot of food. Portions are large. The fish is a white cod dipped in batter and deep fried like it should be. The French fries were good and the onion rings also really good. Just so you know a side of onion rings is enough to feed four people. We will be telling all of our friends and family about this place. This is our second visit and it was even better than the first. Staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. You don't mind paying a little more for the nice portions, excellent food and service. Maybe I came on a bad day, but once you get sick from a place it's hard to go back. So I probably won't.
