Visited again this week prices have gone up, but the food was really good. We had the red beans and rice and seafood gumbo. Two dollar beers during happy hour is nice.

Very friendly service. Our waitress was extremely nice. Big restaurant seats 550 people! Had the clam chowder as an appetizer and it was delicious! It actually had clams in it! It came with Parmesan top bread that was pretty tasty. Waiting for the main course and enjoying good music, not blasting! They also have tv screens everywhere. Only bad is the tvs are about 40 inches wide. Need to have some big screen tvs for such a big place. Jambalaya was too salty. It was also too spicy for our palate. The blackened seabass was good with vegetables and noodles. Noodles didn't have any taste but the seabass was great. The seaboil was also very good and tasty. U can order without hot spices. All in all, a pleasant ambiance.

We ha went to the new one in El Paso so we had to try this one as well. Our appetizers were calamari, fried pickles & shrimp. Very delicious! Their clam chowder is some of the best I've ever tasted!! We both had the shrimp bowls. Mine with noodles and her with rice. Both were very delicious. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly! Definitely be back. They put the paper on the table that you can write on. Pretty fun as well!

First of all it was really difficult to find this place! It is located way at the end of a somewhat dicey looking hotel. Dont make the mistake like we did and park at the front. There are plenty of parking spaces right near the entrance to the restaurant. This was our first time to an Angry Crab location so we were surprised by all the graffiti everywhere. The server got my friend's order wrong with the various types of oysters but was too hungry to bother flagging down the elusive server again. We had to ask for refills several times throughout the salty meal. Even though we arrived and were seated well before closing and many patrons were still there, we felt rushed and had to eat quickly. I did enjoy my garlic noodle bowl w shrimp and clam straps, however. I'd probably come back earlier in the day next time for better service.

Nice spot just around the back end of a hotel. Very reasonably priced, Lobster Croustini was delicious. Very light, almost like a tuna salad flavor - just with lobster, and not as heavy. Wouldn't recommend the grits by themselves as a side, but everything else was outstanding.

20 minutes in mid afternoon for a bowl of gumbo that no Louisiana high school cafeteria would let out the window 10 minutes to get bartenders attention to pay. Third visit. Not coming back. Telling everyone

Pretty cool ambience I give this spot a four due to that their food and drinks always hit the spot & I've never been disappointed, but I do have to agree with other comments on here that there service could be a bit off. Not in a bad way they just really take their time to just approach your table. It could possibly be because my visit was during dinner time. I've been here during lunch and the service is better. So I would recommend this spot if you're in the area and you would like some great seafood.

Located on the Shiloh Inn property. Lots of character and ambiance. Food is fine, but we've had better. Prices are a bit high but market prices on seafood is quite elevated in today's economy. Non-seafood option is a cheeseburger. It was busy for a weekday evening. They do have a happy hour.

Delicious crab boil for two. Price is the only complaint.

The restaurant was quiet enough with maybe 15 tables. I was, however, disappointed in the staff. The ladies were very nice but they seemed short staffed. They had (1) forgotten our silverware when asked for it, (2) never same back to check on us to see how we were doing, (3) didn't offer refills on drinks, (4) I was the last to get my food after everyone had finished - I had to ask for it and (5) they reuse glass sparkling water bottles for the sangria and then poured it into a plastic coke cup. (Maybe they don't have nice glasses for sangria like they have glasses for beer). The sangria must be premade and then poured into these bottles. The bottle came open but was it sealed or not. Seems odd yet I get why they reuse the bottles. It's just a bit unsettling because you don't know where that unopened bottle has been. For me and being cautious I wouldn't order sangria there again. And the taste, well it could have been better. It was just ok. When I finally got my one spicy taco it was so greasy I could not even eat it all. It upset my stomach. Just a disappointment all in all for me really. Though I will say the group we went with were happy with their food but as well disappointed in the staff. Do I recommend, for the most part which is the food yes. Just don't go expecting great customer service.

Our party of 12 placed our orders together; however, the delivery of food was highly inconsistent and significantly delayed. Approximately 20 minutes after ordering, only a few members of our group began receiving their meals. Another portion of the group was served roughly 10 minutes later. Even after one hour, several of us had still not received our food. In my case, I ordered three tacos (shrimp, fish, and birria). The shrimp taco arrived first, followed by the fish taco approximately 15 minutes later. The remainder of my order was delayed further. When I inquired about the staggered service--both across our table and within individual orders--the server explained that the kitchen operates with only two cooks: one assigned to cold items and the other to hot items. This explanation did not align with our order, as very few cold items had been requested. After approximately one hour and fifteen minutes, one member of our party had yet to receive his entrée (octopus), despite ordering at the same time as the rest of the group. At that point, he chose to cancel his order. Given the extended delays and lack of coordination, our group ultimately decided to leave the restaurant. We subsequently chose to dine elsewhere. Based on this experience, I would strongly encourage others to consider alternative dining options unless they are prepared for prolonged wait times and inconsistent service. And the food taste also missed the mark, the food was bland and not very appetizing.

I reviewed the menu and everything sounded good. The Siete Mares soup stood out. We weren't very hungry so my friend and I ordered a fish taco each. Being there for the first time, I also ordered some rice and beans to complement the taco. We also ordered a sweetened ice tea each. It was early in the evening so there were not too many people. The service was fast. Within less than ten minutes we were served. Im sorry to say, the food was not so enjoyable. The fish taco was a bit spicy for my taste. I guess i should have asked before ordering. I tried removing some of what looked like jalapeño and/or serrano chile pieces but I didn't succeed in getting enough chile pieces to make the tacos edible for my taste. I thought i would ease then burning sensation in my mouth with a drink of the tea, but the sweetend tea was entirely too sweet for me to enjoy it, even though it soothed my mouth. I ordered a glass of water. I took s spoonful of the beans, and they were cold. Not sure if the mashed beans are placed on a dish, then warmed up before serving, but these beans were definitely not warmed up. Then the Spanish rice. They were nice and warm but a bit dry and not very soft. A bit of a disappointment. Will I go back? Definitely yes. Now I think I know better. Or At least, what to expect. Maybe la Sopa de siete mares, and a beer, will be better.

I had the steak quesadilla, my wife had the bruschetta and we split a slice of key lime pie. Everything was cooked well and had wonderful flavor. The pie was so good we got an extra slice to go. Our waiter, Raul, came to the table, and the birthday guest ordered a glass of wine and water. We placed appetizer and dinner orders and waited with high expectations based on previous positive experiences. The fish tacos were flavorful, but the salsa was extremely spicy. My mother-in-law asked if there was a mild salsa option, and we were told no, but pico de gallo could be brought instead. However, another staff member later returned and said pico had already been added to the tacos. I ordered the pork chops, which were overly salted. Another guest ordered a medium-rare steak, but the steak arrived looking well done and charred on the edges. When cut into, it was completely brown inside and difficult to chew. Waiter Raul took the plate to the back, then returned with the steak already cut and stated that the chef said it was cooked correctly and still a small shade of pink. He also said that if another steak was made, we would need to pay for it. I was very disappointed by how this was handled. My father-in-law chose to keep a positive attitude for the birthday celebration and tried to eat the steak anyway. Unfortunately, nothing was done regarding the overly salted pork chops either. The fish and chips were tasty, but when vinegar was requested, it was brought to the table and later added as an extra charge. Dessert was brought to the birthday guest, but we had to flag down the waiter again to request dessert for another guest at the table. Overall, this celebration was disappointing due to poor food quality, lack of accommodation with issues brought to staff attention, and unsatisfactory customer service. approached waiter Raul and mentioned that he could have been more attentive and courteous to our table. We still left the same tip we usually do 20%, although, based on the service we received, it was not deserved.

The plate was served with a shaped mound of rice in the middle, with sauteed vegetables around the edges, green beans, carrots, zucchinis, onions, peppers and 8 shrimp placed around the plate on top of the veggies. The Yellow curry was poured over the rice for a unique plating. The shrimp were cooked nicely and everything was delicious. I have never had a disappointing meal in this place.
