I brought in my gaming headphones (Arctis 9x) to get the micro usb port repaired since it stopped taking a charge. They were unable to repair it and it wasn't until I brought it to another shop (Creative Comp), that I discovered that they damaged the port. The guy at Creative Comp told me it was damaged beyond repair. I spent $200 on the headphones. And I paid igeek $20 to inspect it and ultimately, break my headphones further. read more

Do NOT GO HERE I came in with two problems: a pixel line on my lcd screen and my touchpad stopped working. They told me to replace the lcd screen would be $300 for the part and more for the labor, so I opted to leave my laptop with them to wipe my computer to reinstall the touchpad drive. I left it with them on a Monday at noon and was told it would be ready by 8pm the same day. My computer was ready for pick up THURSDAY. When I picked it up, the laptop battery was no longer working. I had to reinstall the battery FOR SOME REASON. In the process, I found that FOUR SCREWS WERE MISSING. Also, I looked it up and the replacement part for the screen was $38, not $300. DO NOT GO HERE. EDIT: after having a nasty conversation with management in which they did not take responsibility for their actions, I decided to file a fraud claim with my bank. Never let computer scammers take advantage of you. I want my screws back! read more

The customer service here is the worst I've ever experienced in any customer service industry in my life. the first time I gave my computer to them to fix the screen, I came back more than enough time later and they told me they ordered the wrong screen. I told them I was going away on vacation for 3 weeks and asked if I should leave it with them or take it back until I return and they said they'd order a new screen and have it fixed by the time I get back. The day after I got back, 3 weeks later, I called them and the guy told me that they haven't yet ordered the screen. He was also super vague about when it would get ordered and fixed and when I was explaining to him how the wrong screen got ordered the first time he told me "it wasn't me who ordered the wrong one"... Right afterwards I got a call back from the manager and he told me that 1. the screen the first time actually got broken in the mail and 2. my screen HAD been ordered and it was coming either that day or tomorrow. So basically he had employees that were telling me the wrong information and frankly things that made their business look terrible. He gave me $20 off for the inconvenience. HOWEVER I went to the store the next day to get my computer. The guy handed me my computer with out a charger. I said, "isn't there a charger with it?" ... he told me the receipt says no but he could give me a free one. I told him that i'd take the free charger and when he gave me it .... I realized it was MY CHARGER. So this dude didn't even bother checking that one of these "leftover chargers" was mine, and he's just giving out these chargers instead of making sure it doesn't belong to anyone else. Not only that, but there was no apology made for anything that had happened. Not even "Thanks again for being understanding and we apologize for what happened" The staff here have a SERIOUS lack of communication. Luckily my computer works and I got 20 bucks off. read more

Update: the biggest mistake I've made in a long time was getting my iPhone screen repaired here. When I initially got the screen repaired, I was not told that there were two different quality screens to choose, so they gave me the lower quality which looked awful (colors completely off). I was taking advantage of their Black Friday special, but would have certainly chosen the higher quality screen for $40 more if I knew about it. The holiday season was super busy for me, so I got around to contacting them in late December about my dissatisfaction with the screen. They said via email that I could come back and upgrade it for $40 which I was super happy about. Unfortunately I was out of town for a few weeks, and wasn't able to get there until late January. I figured it was a long shot to still upgrade since it had taken me so long to come in, but I thought it was worth a shot. The guy who was working when I came back in January was the most hostile person I've ever encountered as a customer in my life. He was on the defensive immediately, clearly offended that I even dared come in. I wasn't being accusatory or demanding, I just came in and explained the situation. I was so taken aback by the way he glared at me and how snidely he spoke to me. He called his manager who actually approved the late upgrade, which I appreciated, but this guy was clearly unhappy at that decision. I was honestly scared to give this guy my phone. He so obviously had it out for me personally. I had my boyfriend come with me because I felt so threatened and rattled by this guy's behavior. When I picked up my phone, I noticed he had memorized my passcode from when I dropped it off. Unbelievably inappropriate and invasive. Who knows what he did in/to my phone, what information he could've taken from it. After the screen upgrade, I got home and noticed it was clicking when I pressed it on one side; it was bowed up on one edge. I went back again to address this, and unfortunately he was there again. He looked like he was going to punch me in the face. His colleague noticed the tension and jumped in. He said my frame was bent. I didn't understand how, because the lower quality screen was securely on my phone before, so why would the frame suddenly be bent now, right after the upgrade was done? Didn't add up. This other man was very helpful and said he could just put some adhesive to seal the side. At that point, I didn't care how it happened, I just wanted to be done with it all. Now, a few weeks later, I noticed yet another problem. My screen doesn't go black while I'm talking on the phone, so all the buttons (like mute, FaceTime, etc) get pressed while I'm talking. Tried to fix it via settings, but couldn't. Looked it up, and apparently it could be the proximity sensor, likely a result of the screen replacement. There is no way I'm walking back in that store to get this latest problem fixed. read more

They Fixed my girlfriends Iphone 7+ for around 109$ they had a good selection of screen protectors and cases. The store was very clean and the employees were friendly I would recommend to come here instead of going to the apple store and paying about twice the price. read more

Update: once the apple store opened up again I made an appointment to have the phone checked out, turns out that not only had they scammed me on a broken screen, they also fried the hardware so that I had to get a whole new phone. Their "repair" work left me with no WiFi, no Bluetooth and no Apple Pay. read more

Going to keep this short and sweet. Paid $25 to get my PS4 repaired. They called and said it couldn't be fixed. I got overwhelmed at work in March and didn't get a chance to come by and pick it up. When I finally go, the guy at the front tells me on the receipt it says after 30 days they take apart your item for scraps and you receive nothing for it. He avoids eye contact and just clicks away at his computer. Dude really? Manager comes out and eventually I receive compensation for my $350 PS4......$30. Polite service but there were blemishes on the first two screens that they put on and I had to discover them both myself after I had already left, they also didn't have screens for my phone there right away to replace them so I had to go almost a week with a blemished screen. It was only about 40$ less than if I would have just gotten it repaired at Apple and Apple would have fixed it right the first time, and I probably used the price difference in gas having to drive back and forth between the 45 minute- hour long waits for the screen to be fixed each time. read more
