My system works like new again (Actually faster than I remember it being before.) His price was more than fair. I know what all he put into the system, and what it actually cost, so I can honestly say he didn't charge me a surcharge on parts like a lot of the other places in town do. He's extremely friendly and there's a reason so many locals have gone to him for decades now. He was literally working on computers when a lot of these new techs were still in diapers.

I took my iPhone 15 to Expert Fix on Baytree to repair an ink spot on the screen and was charged…read more$180(I didn't mind the price), only for the phone to literally fall apart a week later. The screen started lifting off as if it wasn't properly installed or glued, the phone began overheating and was hot to the touch, developed black lines and new ink spots, and the screen started glitching, lagging, clicking on things by itself, and completely malfunctioning. The battery now dies within an hour. The phone is essentially unusable. I went back in person to try to resolve the issue and also attempted to sell an item. Not only was I severely lowballed, but they ignored me for over 20 minutes and then walked away without finishing the interaction. Maybe if they weren't so focused on upselling additional junk, they could actually produce quality work. I then took the phone to the Apple Store, and they confirmed the parts were non-genuine/black market and advised me to take legal action. Since then, I've called multiple times, left voicemails, and sent an email through their website--all ignored. Poor workmanship, terrible customer service, zero accountability, and $180 wasted. Save yourself the time, money, and stress and go literally anywhere else.
