Not sure what shady business is going on between some AAA employees and Battery Source but this put my mother in danger of breaking down in the middle of the road without a working battery since the Battery Source location was 20 min away from her home. Please report AAA and Battery Source is you need help from AAA and they refuse you a battery and tell you to buy it from Battery Source.

My son took my dad down there, they checked the starter and the battery and told my dad there was nothing wrong with his starter, it was his battery (which is what my son and I thought anyway), sold him a new battery and he got out of there for just over $100.00. Mine's low profile with the lithium battery and all the bells and whistles. Blue tooth with approx screen size of 8 to 10 inches. Two 5-1/2 inch speakers and lots of cup holders. We bought it to cruise the neighborhood, and it's awesome for that! It worked perfectly for 2 weeks, then we loaded it on the trailer and took it cross town to visit family for the 4th of July. It worked fine at first, then the whole electrical system started turning off when the brake was pressed down. So, we learned to drive with no brakes very well for a couple days. My wife called Battery Source of Albany and they asks us to bring it in. By that afternoon, I was picking up my perfectly working Golf Cart. Came yesterday to buy an auxilliary 12V battery for my 2007 Prius. The price was about 10% higher than online, BUT installation is part of the deal. ('course, I watched a couple of YouTube videos and figured I could change it myself...). Do yourself a favor - let them change it. Just jump start your car and come on over. They'll handle it. Excellent service - friendly/attentive. Good warranty (84 months).
