To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I visited this store hoping to sell an extra link from a 14k white gold bracelet. When I arrived, Art tested the bracelet and claimed it was only 10k gold, offering me $300 for it. Even if the bracelet had actually been 10k, $300 is an extremely low offer. At the time of writing this review, 7.92 grams of 10k gold has a melt value of roughly $530. After leaving, I went to another shop a few blocks away to have the gold tested again. They confirmed that the bracelet is in fact 14k gold. I highly recommend AVOIDING doing business with this store! I dropped out about 5 of my moms old jewelry to be repaired about a week ago. He never reached out to call me with an update so I called him. He said that my jewelry was at the repair place he outsourced to. I popped into Mr Gold Silver's store to see if he was selling any coins. He took the to show me his selection and I happily left with a couple of still in the wrapper, and never touched by human hands, Mint American Eagle Silver Dollars, at a very competitive rate. Perhaps, more importantly than any of this, when I came home I realized my wallet was missing. I contacted Mr Gold Silver and he looked everywhere in his store and parking lot for my wallet. He later even went through his security video footage and we saw what had happened.
