I truly loved my recent experience at Mr.Gold Silver I went there today for a quick repair. My gold necklace had broke and I needed to wear it tonight for a dinner. I walked in and he came from a back room immediately once he heard me enter the store. He welcomed me with a greeting and a smile which is rare in LA. I showed him my necklace and asked him if he could repair... he said he could and to just give him a couple of hours. He asked my name and shook my hand made me feel really welcomed and I truly appreciated that. I back in a hour and a half and he had the necklace ready and I paid him and he showed me what was wrong with it and told me if anything ever happens to bring it there and he will repair it again! He was so courtesy and just simply a pleasure to work with. I will be returning for sure and I'm glad it is in my area so this is perfect for me. And the repair price was inexpensive as well for quality work. As I was leaving he thanked my for coming and told me to have fun at the dinner tonight with a smile again!
