This trip, though, there was absolutely no Disney involved -- and we finally stopped here on our way home Sunday morning. I feel like you know you're getting older when you get excited about grocery shopping. Normally when I go to Publix, I'm irritated before I even get inside. But this place? A completely different experience. Walking through and seeing all the locally grown vegetables and the meat selection -- clearly labeled as hormone-free and without all the extra junk you get at typical grocery stores -- was honestly mind-blowing. The prices were so reasonable I couldn't believe it. I purposely brought a cooler for the two-hour drive home, and even with everything I bought, I didn't spend over $100. If I had purchased the same items at Publix, I'm convinced I would've been close to (or over) $200. Beyond the prices, the quality and overall vibe made it so enjoyable. You're not breaking the bank feeding your family, and you feel good knowing you're getting better-quality food. The staff was incredibly sweet and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. I was looking for boneless chicken, and one of the employees asked if that's what I needed. A few minutes later, he came back with multiple packs in his hands to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and I really appreciated it. One thing to know: the produce and meat sections are in two separate, unconnected rooms, so you check out separately in each. And if you're still riding that high from all the money you saved, there's soft-serve ice cream outside with seating -- which just makes the experience even better. For someone who truly despises grocery shopping, this was actually fun. I will absolutely make a special trip to Orlando just to come back here -- and next time, I'm bringing a bigger cooler.

We went there specifically looking for watermelons, which was fine, but a lot of the produce that had been out had been out all day so it didn't look nearly as good as it normally did in the morning. They have several watermelons and if you're like us, we hate paying $10 for a small watermelon that you'll find in a local grocery store. I said that I already told you why I brought her. what, you think I'm going to leave her home alone. mind you she was around 4 years old. he told me it was not his problem, take her home and come back. I looked at him and started telling him off because I don't know what he thinks I'm capable of doing but I will never ever leave a 4 year old home alone yet his friend or partner or whatever he was brought his kids and Larry also brought his kids and I could not bring my kid. so, I said a few words and I left because I don't care who you are I will never abandon my kids for anyone. Anyway, he did me a favor because I had a better job that treated me like family. I don't make my way over to that area very often, but this place is worth the drive. They have a fun matcha menu with a variety of flavors and combinations. They all sound amazing. I've loved the mango sticky rice matcha in the past. Most recently I tried the pistachio matcha and it was also delish. The staff is always super friendly and offers great recommendations based on your preferences. The cafe area has plenty of seating as well. It's cool that you can watch people play pickleball while you sip on your matcha. The Greenery Creamery also just opened their new location right next door, so I'm sure they'll start to see some increased traffic.

The service can be slow on the weekends when they're busy but it's definitely worth the wait. Overall, I gave them four stars because of the inconvenient location. This hidden gem is located in Orlando Racket Sports and it's a sensory nightmare to be here when a game is going on. This is more of a grab and go kind of spot than a sit down and study cafe. The ambiance is chaotic.... and the space is tight. I really hope they move closer to UCF or Winter Park in the near future.
