The work was poorly executed using substandard materials (paid for polymer sand, got playground sand), causing rapid deterioration, and the company failed to properly correct the issue despite multiple attempts. ***** The company also misrepresented its licensing status, relying only on a business tax receipt while implying full licensure ***** Pictures are from LESS THAN ONE WEEK after the work was complete. Videos are from walkthrough, 4 days later. FOLLOW UP, from the owner: We dispute several inaccurate statements and have addressed this directly with the customer. ^^^ This is incorrect. This has not been addressed (why would a review be posted on 4/20/2026, and then you state on the same day that it has been addressed?) That is patently false. Update 4/23/2026. Oh what tangled webs we weave.... Let's address "the owners" comments: We stand by our statement. This matter was addressed through multiple good-faith efforts, including several return visits and repeated attempts to resolve your concerns. TRUTH: Incorrect. 3 visits were required to complete the job, due to a 4 hour "break" to get chemicals, and the next day, a 4 hour break to "get sand". The crew did return one time to resolve the poor workmanship, and promptly laid additional play sand, but did not seal - again, exacerbating the problem. A same-day response does not mean the matter was instantly "resolved"--it means we promptly acknowledged the concern and began addressing it, which we did on multiple occasions. TRUTH: Huh? There was no addressing it At this stage, continued claims that nothing has been addressed ignore the documented efforts made. As previously communicated, further engagement has been concluded. TRUTH: Huh, again? Nothing has been addressed, although I was told that they would return on "Tuesday, for a final resolution". And, in typical fashion from this company, no one showed up. It is the company not completing the job. For transparency to readers: the concerns raised stem from underlying paver conditions (leveling/structural issues) that are outside the scope of routine maintenance and sealing services. TRUTH: Interesting comment. That's a through analysis, considering "Garrett" never even saw the job! I specifically asked for the owner to come out and review the job, but he was "unavailable". More so, additional videos have been uploaded. The oldest of these is a week later, and anyone who views it will immediately see the 'quality' of work that was performed, and how quickly the "sealed, polymer sand" washed away! I have also received two additional estimates to complete the job, and both vendors stated how poorly the work was completed, that wrong sand was used, and half of the pavers were never sealed.
