That day arrives and I call in the morning to find out what time they would be arriving. He says that it wasn't scheduled for today but the next day. Not a problem, I said. Could easily have been my mistake. He says he will call me when they are coming. The next day, there is no word from anyone. I sent a text the following day asking for an update and that text has yet to be answered. However, once he was up on the roof, he found that the gutters were clean, no debris in sight. He suggested the it might be a roof issue, not gutters. I asked him how much he wanted to be paid for coming over and taking a look.... He said there was NO charge! Not even a minimal amount for the effort he, and his crew, provided. He was adamant.
