Then I called yesterday and got voicemail. I still have not received a response. Very disappointing. One of my biggest pet peeves is poor customer service. If you are not going to respond to your online inquiries within 24 hours take it off your site - all it does it aggravate your potential customers. read more

I give Mr. Gutter 5 stars. I had Gutters installed around my entire roof just in time before the big rain. Prior to having gutters my back yard would flood within few inches of water coming into the home. However, during this heavy storm this did not happen. There were few adjustments that needed to be made after install which I discovered during the downpour. I texted one of the owners(Michael) during the downpour and he sent one of his guys(Mike) within 1hr to correct the issue(in the rain). Few days later, Matt(owner/superintendent) came back out to finish up and "perfect" the job. Both of the owners(Michael & Matt) advised me to let them know if any further issues on next rain storm and they will come back out to fix it. Also, Charlie the estimator was extremely pleasant, honest and professional. Not pushy sales at all(I'm in sales so I know). From sales to operations to owners, I strongly recommend Mr. Gutter. If only I could give more than 5 stars! The entire staff (Michael x2, Matt, Charlie and Alex) was knowledgable and professional. Michael convinced me to install 6-in versus 5-in gutters and it made a huge difference aesthetically. The initial quote was reasonable and on the installation date, Matt ended up having to repair 30+ tail-ends at no additional cost! I am sure that any other company would have just installed the gutters. Michael even showed up at the end of the day because he said he promised to meet me in person! They provided me with both a hard copy and electronic receipt as their work is lifetime guaranteed. Very good installation experience and fair prices. Installation was done a couple years ago (before we finally got rain). Got leaf screens which they thought would work with the pine tree (long needles). First big rain last year the gutter fully clogged from the needles that dropped through the screen. I sent an email regarding this after rain settled down to not overload them(remember year and a half after installation but first real rain test). Got a call within a couple days that they would make it right. They replaced the screen with a foam insert that will not let anything in which is working fine (only negative may deteriorate in 5+ years unlike metal). From the reviews I read on Yelp, I called Mr. Gutters after a contractor who painter my house totally destroyed my metal gutters. The staff at Mr. Gutters was very professional and courteous. Michael came out and did the estimate and Matthew with another employee installed the gutters. I felt the quote was fair in pricing. Matthew showed up on time and went over the installation with me. FYI, I found out after the gutters were installed that they come with a lifetime warranty. Charlie just left my house, and I can't say enough about what a GREAT experience I had with Mr. Gutter. They answered my call right away, and gave me a specific time (10 a.m.) for my appointment. Not a three or four-hour window! Charlie called 30 minutes out, and arrived here early. I had a couple of 'problem' areas to talk to him about, and assumed I would also need a full gutter cleaning. In the end he didn't sell me a thing! He felt my guttering was clean enough, and recommended a little calking by a handyman to solve my problem. And I enjoyed meeting him! I had Matt out yesterday for an estimate to fix a small leak at a corner section of a rain gutter. Although he had a busy schedule that day, he offered to do the repair work while he was at my house and gave me a great deal on the price. It was much lower than a previous quote I had gotten from another company, so I hired him on the spot. Matt was professional, informative, and very friendly. My experience was similar to the previous reviews. Charlie came out for the estimate and was on time and answered the questions I had. I reviewed a very competitive estimate emailed within 12hrs. On the day of the job, Kenny and Michael came out along with another helper I'm unable to remember the name of, but they were on time, professional, and very pleasant to deal with. very impressed!!! not only did they do a great job (so far as i can tell, but the real test is when the rain comes) Michael, Alex and Kenny did a great job. they were very professional---even when i was being a busy body following them around and asking lots of questions. Matt came out and walked the job prior to the guys coming out to make sure we were both on the same page with the work that was to be done. Jeff, Mike and Alex did the job and even helped change two string lightbulbs that were out of reach for my 8 foot ladder. Theere is a lifetime warranty on the material and work and the price was very competitive with other companies I had quote me. What particularly impressed me was that when I first called around to a few companies they were all very busy (just before the El Niño rains were ready to come).
