My daughter and her now husband worked with Chris through texting and online forms, he was very responsive, making suggestions, and making changes when they found different songs,etc. At the reception, there were songs the couple wanted played, and left the rest of the music selection up to Chris. He was able to read the crowd, play the music that everyone was up and dancing to; even the wait staff was dancing, it was that infectious! People were on the dance floor all night long. I have to say, there is something to be said about both a huge buffet and a buffet that caters to the basics of a good brunch- they do not over extend the items, I think that is were some places go wrong. They do 1/2 pans for the buffet so everything is fresh, and replenished quickly, nothing sits for long or is empty. The gentleman working the omelet /carving station was so friendly and nice, I couldn't help but smile each time I went up for "2nds". Anyway for $19.99pp plus tax and tip, it is definitely a winner in my book and a once a month breakfast on my calendar. Even if a good amount of people are here to fish there is still plenty of space to spread out. I also love that there is a large playground area and very clean bathrooms. The park ranger was extremely friendly and had bandaids for us when my 3 year old clipped her finger with a fish hook (ooof). Plenty of parking and overall a fun and easy way to take my little kids fishing for the first time.

Our cabin came with two rooms. The front room came with a full? maybe queen sized bed with a mattress. The back room had two bunk beds to accommodate a total of four people. Plenty of electrical sockets if you want to add an extra heater or fan. The front room has an AC unit. No bathroom, no kitchen. You get a nice sized spot facing mostly forest with a fire pit and a picnic table, which is great for cooking and eating. They also provide an outdoor spigot for non-potable water and a garbage bin. Easy walk to the very clean bathrooms where you can grab a hot shower if you want. Definitely book ahead.
