The bread was falling apart, the meat was not good and to top it all off, the woman that was working there did not have a professional demeanor. I asked for a refund and the boss was not there and told me the boss would be there later and a note would be left for the morning or whenever I come in but no, I'm disputing the charge and getting my money back because it was absolutely disgusting, it was not the meat, it was simply the chef and unable to cook properly, keep a professional setting and the energy was off the entire time I was in there. I used to eat here quite a lot but clearly, a lot of things have changed. Find a better cook.

I asked to speak to the manager. I started to tell her about the potholes. She cut me off stating that there's nothing that she can do about no potholes. I said well okay? Who should I talk to? She mentioned that there were offices in Texas so I said, can you give me the name of someone to contact? No I don't know anything about those people in Texas. Well who owns this Wendy's? It's a franchise and l don't know who owns it. I just work here. I said you don't know who your boss is? Ma'am I can't do nothing about no potholes and then she closed the window in my face. I proceeded to come home and realized I did not get her name. So I called up there / said that I was the lady who was there talking about the potholes and I just simply needed her name. I could hear her screaming in the background, what does she want. A young man took the phone. He also claimed to be a manager so I asked him the same thing and he said there's nothing that they can do about the potholes. I said OK tell me who I can talk to and he gave the same response that this is a franchise and we don't have nothing to do with potholes. OK so what is your name? I'm not giving you my name because of some potholes. I said what is the female manager's name? I'm not allowed to give you that. So essentially you're saying that there is absolutely nothing that anyone can do to address the sidewalk issue? He hung up on me. Both of them were rude, dismissive and disrespectful. Customer should never be treated this way or talk to that way. Sad story.!
