The food was good, but the cashier was rude and unprofessional. She laughed when I asked about a cake deal, gave me a dollar off only after I put slices back, and our total seemed way too high. She didn't give me the receipt until I asked, and I found mistakes--she'd overcharged us for something we didn't get and only gave some change back after I pointed it out. I double-checked and realized we were still owed over $5. The cashier denied it and was extremely rude, but the manager eventually agreed and made her give us the correct change. As we left, the cashier chased us, accused us of stealing, and snatched our food bags, only to realize she'd given us the wrong order. The food is good, but this cashier was dishonest and unpleasant. I wanted to support this business, but behavior like this drives customers away. Owners: your cashier is costing you business.

Asked for our name and number. Currently waiting for a call, but will follow-up if we are not contacted. During the time we were there, 3 other people walked out. One of them got there sub for free because no one came to the register to cash him out. Another one walked out because the manager/supervisor was giving him attitude while making his subs. The manager/supervisor kept loudly huffing everytime a new customer walked in. Her and one of the staff members on the grill kept telling customers that is going to take a long time. It seemed like they were trying to scare them off. When we finally got home, one of our 3 subs were completely wrong. I understand working in the service industry is stressful but you need people who know how to manage stress and lead staff accordingly. This was only my second time visiting this store. Additionally, we have noticed that several seating sections are consistently closed which limits available options for dining.
