Way better than the Middleburg location. Got sat right away & water came within a minute. Server was fast & well trained. The magnificent 7 was fine. We subbed the 2 pork sausages for turkey. The meatloaf dinner was tasty, good portion, I subbed for asparagus and a side salad. The salad was a good portion, but the asparagus was kinda skimpy. All tasted good. Service was super fast. Outta there in 25 mins.

Again amazing service and very friendly as allways . I love this restauran and workers like Spences and Aurora make this restaurant top notch!

Needs to be wiped down before being given to customers!

Like similar chain restaurants, you know what you're getting when you go to Perkins. It's been almost 15 years since I last darkened the door of a Perkins and - if I remember correctly - that one was in Denver off Colorado Boulevard. After being told at the nearby Walmart Lube Center that I was in for a two hour wait, I decided to have breakfast at Perkins and walked a block or two to get there. At 715 am on a Saturday it was not busy but had a decent amount of groups of older friends and what looked like a dozen-strong book club or prayer group crammed around a large table. The menu is large and I settled on a special Bacon Tater omelette that came with hash browns (Holy potatoes, Batman!). Pancakes were also included and when I asked the server if they had pumpkin pancakes that I could sub in for an upcharge, she looked at me for a long minute (I wasn't sure if she was stroking out?) and then offered a flat "no." Just that one word. Hilarious. Once the food arrived, it was perfectly fine. Acceptable. Tasty. But not outstanding. The server also warmed up a bit and became more pleasant. My only issues were these. The syrup containers were splattered with syrup. Those bad boys should be cleaned before every customer and secondly I was given a nearly empty ketchup bottle. So, overall. Perkins is OK.

This is my absolute favorite meal at Perkins! Sonoma chicken salad croissant and the southwest chicken salad

Perkins is by far my favorite place for breakfast and lunch. We're a Sunday regular and my favorite Perkins is in Avon Ohio. I love the chicken tortilla soup! And I love they give you your own coffee pot, no one messes up my mixture here! I think the prices and average and the portion sizes above average. We always have good service and it's clean and bright.

A taste for everyone! Super friendly staff with a menu for all. They offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner at all times and have a mouth-watering dessert menu! Portion size is more than expected and the staff are accommodating to any requests. Great prices and their meals and the service is well worth a higher tip! I've visited this location a handful of times and have received the same excelled services each time.

Love Perkins for breakfast! Food was really good. Big portions and reasonable priced. This restaurant is always clean and the servers are really friendly. They have a new breakfast potato, and it was seasoned with some type of spices & so good. And they always have coupons online to use!!

Typical American diner. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast at a fair price. My waitress, Madisen, was attentive and charming.

Delicious food, great service!…read more We stopped in for an early dinner and were greeted and sat right away. Stefan was our server and he was fabulous!! I would absolutely request to sit in his section again! He was very attentive, answered our questions, had a lot of passion, and really seemed to care! He also got our orders just right with all the special requests - which he assured us was the perks of their restaurant making things for each dish - you can customize as you need. Three of us had burgers: - Heckburger as listed on the menu, with fries - Heckburger with chicken patty, heck sauce on the side, Swiss cheese, no tomatoes or onions, and substitute onion rings for fries (slight upcharge) - Salmon burger with onion rings Burgers were delish. The brioche bun makes it! The chicken patty was great flavor! Both the fries and the onion rings were delicious. I'd likely order the fries instead of the onion rings next time. We were all happy with our meals and would order them again! Our fourth person ordered a half house salad and the wild mushroom ravioli. The house salad was a generous size and very good! The wild mushroom ravioli was soooo good! The pasta was delicate and the flavors went so well together. Our server shared that the pasta is made at Antica Italian restaurant right next store! After trying that dish, I'd absolutely go to that restaurant too. The restaurant has a great bar and a decent size outdoor seating area too! It's very nicely decorated too. I hope to return!

DELICIOUS on their sourdough bread!! & it felt better eating it with a salad than the usual fries! I'm not sure if this was a special or on their regular brunch menu, but worth the taste!!! The other decided on the Ohio City Breakfast & the Breakfast Sandwich! Both really good & LOTS of food... you will have some to take home! Our server Giovani (something very Italian) was so kind and helped us pick! Always filled our coffee up an made us laugh! It was a great way to bring in the new year!! I'll be back soon I'm sure... this is a classic!

Tree House is a wonderful, hidden treasure in Avon, Ohio. My bf and I basically stumbled upon this…read moregift shop/tea house while exploring the area in May 2026 and told ourselves that we would just check the place out. We ended up doing some serious window shopping and also got a very filling lunch here of tea, sandwiches, fruit, and kettle chips for about $55 after tax and tip. I could gush about how precious the whole place was, but if you have ever had afternoon tea in an old, historic home, then you get the idea. The menu has so many yummy options but we decided on getting tea and our own sandwich meal. I love sour cherry jam so I got the HammyJammy sandwich ($18) and my bf got a caprese sandwich with added chicken ($16 plus $4 for chicken) and we each got peach iced tea ($3). After about 15 minutes, our lovely server came back with the LARGEST PORTIONS EVER! Fortunately, we loved our food so having large portions of it made us both very happy campers. My ciabatta was fresh and crusty, the ham slices were thiccc, the bacon was fatty and salty, and the jam was generously applied. We also both recieved a good amount of fresh fruit and abive average kettle chips. Guys, the ham sandwich I got was so unbelievably good that I ate half there and then ate half very slowly at my home, enjoying every bite of the thiccccc ham, salty bacon, and generous swipe of sour cherry jam on the oversized ciabatta roll. My meal filled me up, of course, but I wish I would have ordered a half dozen more to eat for lunch every day this week. #soooobsessed. I can't think of anything negative to say. I really can't! While we didn't buy anything from the shop (I am trying to buy less stuff), we had a great time looking around, saw some fabulously unique items, and enjoyed a wonderful lunch together in a historic home. I only wish I lived closer!

We came in at noon on a Monday and it was pretty packed. We called ahead but ultimately had to wait…read moreabout 15-20 minutes to be seated. We passed the time by looking around the gallery (multiple floors), but service/wait time could definitely be improved upon. The two of us were seated outside in the shade which was fantastic. There are only a few tables outside and inside, not sure what big groups look like? Our server was great, as she verbally recited their fall menu - which I ended up getting their fall strawberry feta salad and soup combo! The salads are HUGE - safe to say I had a whole meal the next day! The sandwich and pasta side was enjoyed as well. The food here is spectacular. Definitely give it a shot, but know that there may be a wait due to the small size of the place.

Paris Baguette, a French/Korean bakery chain, is very much like Tour les Jours to me, and I wanted…read moreto test to see which one of these self-serve bakery chains are better. My boyfriend and I liked Tous les Jours when we went to the Lyndhurst location when it opened about a year-ish ago. It wasn't perfect though and we had some minor quibbles. So while in the Avon area in July 2026, we stopped in for a snack. Inside, it is quite cute! Pretty packaging and lovely baked goods everywhere. Unfortunately, the women's restroom was a bit of a mess. The floor was a little dirty nd the toilet paper holder was busted up. But it wasn't terrible. This was just a snack break for the two of us, so we didn't order a ton. I got the coffee bun ($3.50) and a small korean iced milk coffee ($4.39). My bf got the smores croissant ($5.50) and a red bean bun ($3.10). His croissant was stuffed with marshmallow cream. He had fun eating it. My coffee bun was basically a brioche bun with a dusting of coffee. Call me basic, but I actually really loved it! Although, I gotta know how in the world was my korean iced coffee only 60 calories with all the half and half, whole milk, and syrup? It ended up being too sweet anyway but I did finish it because it cost me almost 5 bucks! I really liked my coffee bun and my bf enjoyed his red bean bun. He ended up wishing he had ordered the smores Belgian waffle instead of the croissant since the smores part of the croissant was only some icing on top of a regular croissant. Overall, I paid about $18 for 4 items, 2 of which we would order again. I liked the drinks at Tous les Jour better as well as the aesthetic, but my coffee bun was a real winner in the pastry department so we will call it a tie. We are glad we finally tried out Paris Baguette!

BUTTERY AND FLAKY PASTRIES!! Established in South Korea so this bakery consists of a mix of…read moreEuropean and Asian baked goods. I finally visited Paris Baguette in February 2026 and I arrived around 6:30am. They opened this Avon, Ohio location in June 2025. I visited a second time in March 2026. Paris Baguette is owned by a South Korean food group, much to my surprise. They only have about 2 locations in Paris, France. Most of their locations are in Asia (majority in South Korea). Other locations are in North America and Europe. ORDER -- Walk in and to your left are tongs and a tray. Pick out your items, place them on the try, then head to the counter to pay for them. Sit inside and enjoy the delicate bites or take your order to go. PASTRIES/BREAD -- Arrive early to get pastries because they normally sell out. They sell milk buns (bread) which is popular in Asia. There are a variety of pastries to choose from. During my 2 visits, I got the ham & cheese pastry ($5), Fruit Bite -- Raspberry ($3.00), a sweet potato pastry ($4) which I got for free because of their free pastry offer, and a pepperoni pastry ($5.69). All of the pastries that I ate were delicious. My favourites were the sweet potato pasty and the ham & cheese pastry. The sweet potato pastry is described as a "buttery twisted pastry with sweet potato and custard cream, sprinkled with black sesame seeds." -- this is a unique and tasty pastry. I noticed cakes for sale by the slice and whole cakes up at the counter. PRICES - Fair and standard. Yes, it will be expensive but that isn't surprising as most bakeries aren't cheap. The reviews complaining about prices should just be aware that this isn't a full asian bakery where the prices tend to be a bit lower. This is a mix of European and Asian. In addition, bakeries will not be cheap. SEATING -- This is a smaller cafe but there are about 7 tables and chairs to sit on plus a counter at the back to sit on. Overall, their baked goods are delicious and fresh plus the bakery is clean. Customer service has always been attentive and friendly. I'll definitely be back. The only downside is if you arrive late, you may not have any options left to choose from plus the baked goods may not be as fresh as evident from my 2nd visit in March 2026 when I arrived after 6:30pm and they only had a few pastry options left. TIP 1 -- If you order the ham & cheese pastry, just simple ask them to heat it up for a few seconds before you eat it which is what I did. Otherwise, it won't taste as good because it will be cold as their baked goods are placed in display cases all day. Who wants to eat cold ham and cheese? Not me (haha). TIP 2 -- Download their app to get a free pastry with a purchase. The less valued item will be free. The sweet potato pastry ($4) that I got was free when I visited in March 2026. If you don't want to download their app, I was handed a sheet of paper with discounts after I ordered so be sure to ask for it when you are paying for your items. I didn't even know about their app yet until after I received the piece of paper with discounts. **** GOAL of 250 reviews in 2026 - 61/250 total reviews in 2026 - 902 total Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 30 April 2026
