They are always happy to help and acknowledge every person that comes in. The free app is very convenient (you pay a little extra for the appointment conveniences, otherwise it's first come, first serve for walk ins...and explains why you might get pushed back, they prioritize those who put in the extra effort and appointment fee). Great atmosphere. Friendly conversation. Abraham and Zack do excellent work but if they're booked up you can walk in and count on any of the barbers here to leave you with a good haircut. He took time and effort to cut my hair and make me look nice. Went in today for a cut and the guy that did it wasn't friendly to begin with. I told the guy i wanted a razor fade he was like "you got it". I sat there while he clipped me i asked him if he could even it out with my beard. Did a horrible job on my beard. In the end i was being polite and i paid $45 for that trainwreck. 20 for the haircut 10 for destroying my beard. And $15 for a tip because im not a .... On top of all that the guy never even gave me a razor fade. I didnt speak on it cause i honestly didnt trust him with a razor around me. Careful with the skinny white guy. My gawd the guy was ready for me at 12:30 like he said he just finished up with his appointment. He asked the usual on where I'm from and what me brings me and my wife to NM. We told him we're heading to Santa Fe in the morning and gave us a lot of recommendations to do there. All in all Joel and his wife were extremely nice and awesome!
