Came in for two issues: 1) My car was making a knocking…read moresound whenever I turned the steering wheel 2) Needed new tires I had received quotes from a couple other businesses in the area and brought them with me on my visit. I always come prepared so I don't get taken advantage of. For issue #1 (knocking sound), they were able to fix the issue cheaper here than at other shops, mainly because they just replaced the strut housing instead of the entire strut. I was happy to save some money on this issue. For issue #2 (tires), I brought with me a quote from Pep Boys up in Tucson that included four new tires with a 65000 tread life warranty. Jesus said he could match that installed price for tires that also included 65000 mile tread warranty. However, now, a month after the service, I decided to research the tires they put on my vehicle just to make sure everything was kosher (I know, I should've done this immediately, lesson learned). Unfortunately the tires they put on are Goodyear Assurance Finesse which have NO tread life warranty. I wish I had the service done at Pep Boys for the better tires at the same price. So I'm going to have to knock off a couple stars for that. It also took them almost two weeks to fix the above issues. Jesus said it was because they didn't realize the strut housing was more pieces than they originally thought, and they had to order the extra parts in (they did not charge me extra for them). I'm just glad I had a backup vehicle I could use because it would've sucked to not have a car for two weeks. I'm not going to take any extra stars off for this since, in fairness, I told them they could have the car as long as they needed since I had a backup vehicle. I just didn't think it would take two weeks. One other thing to be aware of is that they charge an extra 3% if you want to use your credit/debit card. Overall, I feel a little disappointed about the tire issue, but the knocking sound hasn't returned a month after I had the service done, so they did that part well.

Came into the shop and it turns out they don't use other parts besides their own. I had to tow my wife's car here because it wouldn't start and they upsold the crap out of me on a new "certified" starter part. Told me they would give me a military discount over the phone but didn't honor it at the store as my "service was ineligible for the discount". I overpaid which was fine since Sierra Vista is really limited, but what really upset me is that they didn't put the cover over the starter and left it exposed. This lead to another issue a couple of days later and they didn't want to take responsibility because the car was out of the shop and not their problem. DO NOT RECOMMEND. ESPECIALLY SOLDIERS THAT HAVE TIME SENSITIVE ASSIGNMENTS.

I had a couple friend tell me about this place and I decided to take my vehicle here. All I can say is WOW! These guys are great, quick efficient and friendly. They had no issue with me entering the bay while my vehicle was lifted to look at the oil leak and inspect a couple different things (could stay under to long due to safety concerns and liability). I originally went here for an oil change and an inspection on and be oil leak. After talking with them for a few minutes after the inspection, I decided to fix the leak, oil leak and oil change. This company was nothing short of professional. If your vehicle needs work try these guys out. You will no be disappointed. The big question your probably asking is the $$$ PRICE $$$, the diagnostic inspection was around $90 which is included in fixing it if you decided to. My oil change was about $34 dollars with tax, (6.5 quarts of oil). Also, they treat you like a person and answer all your questions rather than like a customer there trying to push in and out of the door.
