I have a 2003 Trailblazer, only the passenger A/C worked while the driver side blew hot air. Also, I was leaking enough oil to make fish worry!!! I had a couple friend tell me about this place and I decided to take my vehicle here. All I can say is WOW! These guys are great, quick efficient and friendly. They had no issue with me entering the bay while my vehicle was lifted to look at the oil leak and inspect a couple different things (could stay under to long due to safety concerns and liability). I originally went here for an oil change and an inspection on and be oil leak. After talking with them for a few minutes after the inspection, I decided to fix the leak, oil leak and oil change. This company was nothing short of professional. If your vehicle needs work try these guys out. You will no be disappointed. The big question your probably asking is the $$$ PRICE $$$, the diagnostic inspection was around $90 which is included in fixing it if you decided to. My oil change was about $34 dollars with tax, (6.5 quarts of oil). Extremely overcharged for a repair undone....and deviously left it in such a manor, using less than quality parts, that an unwitting client would return multiple times for the repair that never comes. Do not take your vehicle here for service. I have unfortunately had to deal with this awful company three times recently. Each time my vehicle was returned to me by them it was in a lesser operational state. The parts graveyard that they call a parking lot is riddled with vehicles that are unrepaired or inoperable. Seriously look at the junkyard that surrounds their garage. The attitude of the front desk is awful, snarky, and generally unpleasant. They overcharge for basic services, source parts of questionable quality (my guess is from the junkyard out front) , and do an incomplete job in all ways possible including things such as: not replacing lost fluids, not reporting mechaninc damge to customers car to the customer, not properly or fully completing a repair, lack of communication on service updates, and very likely a host of other things. Whether through inepttutude or maliciousness you are unlikely to leave this place and not have to return in short order. Don't let your vehicle join that junkyard out front is my advice. read more

Owner Jeff does shady work to save costs for himself. You can barely pull into the place, its like a junkyard of cars that never move. There is not an honest mechanic that works there and Jeff forces the mechanics he does have to also do shady work. He has no actual skills when it comes to vehicles and is extremely avoidant when it comes to accountability for his mistakes. Instead of welding a bumper on a vehicle.. he screwed in a 2×4 and left safety sensors just hanging. It reminds me of Matildas dad (Danny Devito). He would glue parts together to save a buck before giving a crap if its actually safe for the customer to drive. While I was in the shop a woman was in there complaining about work she had done. She is an amputee and needed the vehicle to be safe to drive to her appointments. Instead of making sure everything on her vehicle was good and safe for her to drive back and forth to Tucson and Phoenix, he just threw some random parts at it, charged her a bunch and sent her on her way. When she returned with the same issues, Jeff avoided her and had his front office staff deal with her saying he wasn't in etc. I was disgusted. Will never return here and will tell anyone who will listen why they shouldn't bring vehicles here as well. read more

He said he'll call me after they troubleshot the problem; I was surprised they called back in a timely manner because other auto shops would most of the time forget. Steven explained in great detail exactly what they did to fix the issue. Their service has a 3 year guarantee nationwide which is impressive. STAY AWAY. They installed the wrong upper control arms on my truck, resulting in wear damage to my tires. Took the truck back to get situation fixed. While looking directly at the clearly mis-aligned front wheels--severe toe-in visible--the mechanic would only reply "Everything is adjusted to 'spec." Tire wear notwithstanding, visibly toed-in wheels notwithstanding, the same reply: "Everything is adjusted to 'spec." I took the truck to TCRII suspension in Tucson where they put the truck up on the rack, set up their alignment equipment and showed me that while the new upper control arms were adjusted out as far as they would go, the alignment was way off. The problem? Wrong upper control arms (too short). I had the proper control arms installed by TCRII and had the alignment redone. The differences were obvious with the naked eye. Then, the TCRII asked a question that exposed Priority even more: "Why did they install new control arms instead of just replacing the bearings?" I took the truck back to Priority along with all the receipts. I asked the to reimburse me for the repair work TCRII had to do. They refused. They went right back to the "it was adjusted to 'spec" line. It's bad enough that they are incompetent. What is worse is that they are dishonest. read more

I was recommended to this place because all of my fellow Soldiers go here. At first the atmosphere and greeting was real nice, I was greeted to what look to be the supervisor and he was super friendly at first. I went in there for an alignment and to adjust my camber on my small Honda. After waiting for about an hour the mechanics who are super nice came back in and explain to me that he was pretty much done but there was one issue with my coil overs and that it needed to be rotated to sit properly. The mechanic stated that he would just drop it really quick and rotate the coil overs for me it was just gonna take a few minutes. That's when everything kind of turned ugly because the supervisor overheard him say that. Thats when the supervisor said "no you're not! Unless he is gonna pay more then you ain't touching it!" The supervisor then proceeded to ask me in a condescending tone " are you going to pay more?" Which I replied "I can't right now because I only brought enough for the alignment". The supervisor then shouted to his mechanic " OK take it off the lift and don't even test drive it we're done" At that point I was pretty shocked as to how he handled the situation. In all honesty I would've totally paid the extra amount to have it fixed if he didn't act that way with me. Unfortunately I'm not gonna recommend this place to any of my friends and I hope That guy works on his customer service. I took my car in to get a check before I went on a 5 hour drive to make sure everything was fine , they did a WONDERFUL job from the mechanics who worked on my car , to the receptionist , To the guy who owns the place . Another fantastic experience in this little burg..Had a slow leak in a tire and went to a couple of busy chain shops for repair but didn't care to wait for 2 hours. stopped in to a local place called Priority Auto and they got right on it with a smile..All said and done this shop was totally focused on caring and customer satisfaction...All said and done after 20 minutes the manager said NO charge ..Mind you I have never been here before but I guarantee you they are now my go to place..Building a business profile over a small gesture goes a long way..I hope the 20 bucks for beer for the GREAT crew was enough...LOVE this town and its people.. read more

At 12:30 pm on a Saturday, D & M Tire was closed for the day. I needed a tire repair after coming back to town. I tried to call Priority Auto & Tire Center, but apparently they do not have a local telephone number and I don't have a cell phone. Since I want to use that vehicle again on Sunday, I put air in the tire to drive to the business. I noticed the light truck tire was leaking from the sidewall at that point, so I was relatively sure the tire couldn't be fixed. I also knew from past experience, that no one in town would carry that particular sized light truck tire. But, we'll never know. I cancelled my plans for Sunday morning and will let D & M Tire have my business next week. Priority Auto & Tire missed out on a chance for business if they had a local telephone number. read more

Let me tell you straight up, Steven Wright over at Priority Auto and Tire Center helped my woman out with her Mazda RX8 engine issues. First brought to it Midas which you can see my review for them if you go look for it. If it wasn't for Jake, a technician there we wouldn't of called Priority to have them check out our car. Steven was honest, upfront and was confident he would be able to fix the issue. Well that is exactly what happened, the issue was bad ignition coils which apparently Midas had no idea about. My woman's Mazda RX8 is running better than it was before our huge debacle! Thanks to Steven and all the technicians at Priority for getting my woman's car running, will definitely do business with your company again and plan to spread the word to all our friends and family!! read more

i am a mechanic and i always work on my own trucks. i had just finished rebuilding the front brakes rotors and bearings on one of my trucks and i was gonna adjust the back drums. i pulled off one of the back wheels and there was fluid all over the shoes and drum. i didn't even want to deal with the mess so i called around town to see if anyone would do the back brakes for me. not a big deal. this place said they could do it same day so i took the truck in for an estimate thinking like $200 bucks. really really quick and easy job. i get a call back saying that the fluid was gear oil and that a wheel seal had to be replaced and that they could do both sides and the brakes for $750. it probably took him (the guy in charge) not even 5 minutes to diagnose that. just pulling the wheel off. at first i said, 'just do it' cause i didn't want to deal. then when i got off the phone i talked with my wife for a few minutes, probably 10 minutes went by and i decided, ill just do it. that $350 per side was a little steep for a couple seals and shoes. (the seals cost $20 and the shoes $52). this is where this man falls into the stereotypical 'dishonest' mechanic arena. i called him back after literally 10 minutes and said, politely, that i will just do it, if he could please close it up and ill come get it. he tells me, 'we have to charge you $110 because we got "further into it" to which i agreed. not really thinking about it. i picked up the truck and he, the man in the front clearly in charge, told me that if i couldn't do it that i could bring it back in and he would deduct the $110 from the bill. which was odd because if i was paying for labor that would be double the labor. i bought the parts from the parts house next door on my way home and had the hub pulled apart within an hour of leaving his shop and to my surprise, he hadn't pulled the hub off at all! all the bolts were caked in dirt so much to where i could tell that i was the first to put a socket on them. so he straight up lied to me. he pulled the wheel off, diagnosed it, put the wheel back on (not even 5 minutes worth of work) and re parked my truck and just plain lied. this is why i started working on cars a long time ago, so i don't have to deal with lying mechanics. he must really need that $110 because i will never deal with him again and reading the other reviews it looks like we are talking about the same creep. that job was so easy it was stupid. i ended up rebuilding the whole back end since i was in there for $400 in parts. with the $110 fraud, that is still less than what he wanted for 2 seals and some shoes LOL. i don't doubt that their work is on point but lying is a quick disqualification in my book. im a mechanic, and i was able to catch him committing fraud i cant imagine how many times he has done this or does this on a daily basis to people who could never find out or hold him to account. when i denied his estimate he found a way to charge me $110 but he told me that if i accepted his estimate at a later date he would credit the bill with $110. see how that works!? careful of the words 'free estimate' he gets bitter if you deny his estimate. if he cant afford to open up cars for free to give quotes then he should ditch the 'free estimate' idea. all the workers were cool, he's a Zilch. read more

They replaced my transmission and it now jerks if I accelerate quickly. They told me it was a faulty (Jasper)transmission. They replaced the solenoid first (day and a half without my truck) to see if that would fix my problem. It did not. So a few weeks later they replaced the transmission again and told me the problem was fixed (it was not) and at the same time told me that there is slack in the drive shaft and or differential which causes the jerk if I accelerate too quick but it also does it at low speeds with low acceleration. This tells me that the new transmission wasn't actually bad if they are actually telling me the truth and their solution was to tell me to just take it easy on the pedal. Also, they don't report any warranty work to Carfax. I will not be taking my truck there again. I also asked them to check why my ABS and TCS lights would suddenly come on while driving normally. They told me the bearings were bad and need to be replaced soon or they could seize up and cause major damage. So I gave them the go-ahead to replace the bearings. And when I finally got my truck back they told me it was just a sensor and they just replaced the ABS sensor. So they lied to me when they told me the bearings were bad. read more

My sister and I went down because our car broke down. We were always told it was the fuel control valve. The owner comes out saying that it was the transmission that was blown and that we needed a new one. They wanted $3100 for a used transmission. We get a tow truck to transport vehicle to another repair store and the tow truck driver can drive the car fine. Just arrived in town from Alabama and turn on the A/C in my 2014 Grand Cherokee only to hear what sounded like Darth Vader hiding in my dash. Having no idea who to trust, I did a quick search on Yelp and found a couple good reviews for Priority Auto. I pulled in about 4pm figuring I could get an appointment in a couple days. Steve Wright met me and immediately came out to hear this Darth Vader sound. He advised me the quickest and cheapest thing to do would be to draw down the refrigerant and reload it to specifications. When? He said right now! My wife and I waited in their comfortable waiting room for about 45 minutes. Steve came in and said the refrigerant was a little low so they topped it off and added dye to the system in case there is a leak. No more Darth Vader noises. He even let me use a coupon and the price was very reasonable. Trustworthy and competent. My favorite traits in auto repair. read more
