I'm in love with this restaurant!!! I can't find anything else like it! Their falafel wrap and cauliflower wrap are awesome! The best thing you can get is one of their platters! We split the vegetarian platter and still have food to take home, and it's very reasonably priced! Wonderful service!! read more

The firsttime first time i tried Mr. Kebab was their store that closed in Highland. It was ok. This one is great. Ive only ever had the lunch buffet. That's all I need. A nice selection of grilled beef, and chicken. Tabuli salad and hummus. Veggies, pita, dips and spreads. There is also a desert bar with baklava and other pastries. You will stuff yourself with the fresh offerings. Cateful, it may be hard to get back to work after the food coma. read more

This is best in the area maybe even farther. The owners are wonderful. I have been going here for years. I followed them from Riverside. The food is delicious!!! I eat here often, but my daughter requests food from here every birthday. That says a lot because of all the food she could chose this is by far her favorite and ours. She loves the shawarma meal. The baklava and especially the falafel and hummus. Oh and can't forget to add the toum for an extra garlicky kick. If you want authentic cuisine I highly recommend you eat here. We stopped here for a quick lunch on our way home after a weekend in Big Bear and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of this place. The food and staff were amazing! Stopped by for some good Mediterranean food. I got the Chicken Shawarma which came w hummus ( hummus was flavorful), the chicken, rice and salad. I requested my meal w no rice and instead asked for extra salad. The salad was absolutely amazing as well. I asked for a side of Feta cheese (which they brought more than enough of) for my salad:) over all, I was amazed & if back in town, I will for sure be back ^_^ read more

This place is really good. If you are craving Mediterranean food in the area, it totally hits the spot. We ordered a mixed plate of beef shawerma and kafta kabob. I really enjoyed the flavor of kafta kabob. The portion is also big and definitely shareable. The service here is also really good. Our server was very nice and attentive. My husband and I came here during their lunch buffet. When we got here there was a couple people scattered in the resturaunt. By the time the waiter took our drink order( which was about 2 minutes later) it was full.. Boy let me tell you. It seemed i just turned around for a minute. Anyway. Their food was ok. The price for the all you can eat buffet of 13.99 was good. I left feeling full and not groggy like other buffets which leaves you feeling full and sluggish. I got to go in the back cause my buddy is friends w the owners;) this is the cleanest restaurants I've ever seen in my life. You could eat off the floor lol. I wasn't that impressed with the quality of the food (falafel was okay, which is my favorite), but it was interesting to try lots of foods I have never seen before. The best items are the hummus, baklava, and what I think was some sort of caramel flan/custard. Probably wouldn't go back next time I'm craving Mediterranean food. read more

Love coming here!! The food & service are always top notch. I highly recommend their beef shwarma plate, their hummus, and their kibbeh alllll so tasty. You absolutely cannot go wrong with anything you order from their menu. My mom is Jordanian and tried their rice pudding and said it tasted just like it did from when she was a child. Waled , a remarkably creative and innovative chef moved to Riverside, CA, leaving his country Syria in 1999 where he landed his first American job as a waiter for Mr. Kebab Restaurant, in Riverside. Before he moved to California, he had established his career as top chef in Syria for 10 years. It took 5 years of hard working and dedication until the opportunity arises and he bought Mr. Kebab Restaurant in 2004. He became a proud owner and chef for Mr. Kebab Restaurant. Numerous times I have ate lunch at Mr Kebab this time I decided to bring a friend. He convinced me to be a little bit adventurous and try a new plate I had never tried before, it was the lamb kebab. When I received my plate the portion was huge! I had enough to last me for two meals. The lamb was very tasty. My plate came with rice salad hummus a side of garlic sauce with pita bread. My friend ordered falafel plate. His plate came with six pieces of falafel, hummus salad and pita bread. The falafel's were homemade by Mr. Kebab. They are crunchy on the outside and soft and flavorful on the inside made of The garbanzo beans parsley cilantro onions jalapenos onion ground altogether with some spices, then they are deep-fried. We had a falafel as before but they taste way different. The only downside was they do not serve any Middle Eastern drinks. But we will be back to try new plates there. Kebab on Monday me and a couple of my friends I ordered the beef kabob plate meat was really good nice and tender flavor it's awesome the rice was a white rice it has a unique flavor to it hummus it's way better than Stater Brothers hummus they told me to add little bit of garlic to it and little bit of hot sauce would that mixture just made it perfect the salad was okay it's made out of lettuce tomatoes cucumbers and a little bit of parsley I wasn't so much impressed with the salad but the rest of the food was amazing and for sure I'll be back good job mr. The experience at this place left me somewhat underwhelmed. While it wasn't terrible, it failed to leave a lasting impression. Despite recommendations from a coworker, the food didn't quite live up to the hype. I ordered the chicken and beef kabob plate, but found the portions to be rather small considering the steep prices. Absolutely delicious, 100% authentic middle eastern food. The best in town, hands down. My mother and I have a made a habit of coming here at least once a week and will continue to do so, it is that good. The hummus, falafel, meats, side dishes all excellent and very satisfying. I've eaten the same food in Turkey, and this place is pretty close to the real thing. I love the Shawarma, beef or chicken. Most places are really greasy, not here. The food is really healthy compared to most places. Definitely a good and worthwhile stop. read more

Don't book an event here. The manager is rude and disorganized. Tried to charge me 900 dollars for the room less than a week before my event. She never discussed a fee. I will never go back. Food is less than average but they wanted to charge me 65 dollars per person for buffet service once she discovered I was a medical rep! Place is clean inside but that is the only redeeming quality. read more

I had the beef kebab plate, and it was absolutely delicious--the beef was tender and perfectly seasoned. The hummus and salad were served on a separate plate, which kept everything fresh and nicely presented. The Mediterranean flavors were spot on! The service was warm and attentive, and the restaurant, including the restroom, was spotless. A five-star experience all around! read more

I was starving and really looking forward to a delicious beef shawarma plate. All I got was pasty, tasteless hummus, dry shredded meat with no flavor and mediocre rice and salad. Waisted $14. Threw half of it away. Wish I would have waited until tomorrow so I can go the Kabob House in Riverside. Now that's great middle eastern food. read more

Come for lunch when they have the buffet. It's not the cheapest buffet in the world but it may be the most delicious. I think Mr. Kebab has some the better Mediterranean food in the area. Their Sunday buffet is the best. Good price for great food. read more

I must say however, while my wife and I genuinely miss the dine-in opportunity we have enjoyed for here many years, we still call upon Italia Bella's wonderful menu to provide amazing take-out meals.
