Long distance on a relationship isn't the easiest but there are a few ways to be romantic and it's all about those little moments. I woke up yesterday deciding to send my partner a bouquet of flowers but wanted same day delivery. Did a quick search and noticed that Mr K's was very close to his house. I gave them a ring and described the situation. Their team was so easy to work with and took down all my notes after I did a horrible job of stating which flowers, etc.. I simply kept saying vibrant, full, and pops of color. Well with my vague request they made something completely memorable. Once I received pictures from my partner I was so happy with how they turned out. I'll definitely be using them but just be aware they do have a standard fee for delivery. My only feedback is that I wish I received a call once they were delivered or confirmation of a payment. But hey this is so minor and the flowers are truly worth 5 stars. Loved that I was able to support local even though I'm all the way in New Orleans. read more

They were quick and accommodating when I needed flowers delivered for a friends recent loss of a loved one

This was the second time using this florist. First time went well with good service and products. The second time was a disaster, placed an order for a birthday surprise to be delivered on Wednesday. The florist called me to advise they didn't have the exact flowers and would be changing the arrangement slightly and I agreed to this. A few hours later I get a call advising me they attempted delivery without success and had notified the recipient. This was on the 26th, not the 28th as was the scheduled delivery date on their invoice. The surprise was ruined and when the arrangement was finally delivered on the 28th it was not anything like what was shown on their website. By the 29th, less than 24 hours after delivery 2 of the 3 balloons were flat. I reached out by phone and email to the business and other than an apology they made no attempt to rectify the problems. Their product and service for what you end up with is very disappointing and over priced. Received a Xmas greenery basket from mother tele-floral to this florist. She put in the order a while ago. Delivered the day after Xmas. Absolutely no Xmas decor. Just small green plants crammed into a brown basket. Real 60s style arrangement, could have got something similar at Walmart. What a waste of her money. If a florist can't fill an order appropriately, they should not accept the order. This florist is not close to our address. read more

They delivered SUPER fast (within a couple of hours) and the recipient was very touched, said the flowers were gorgeous. Would definitely recommend them based on this encounter. Received flowers from Mr. K's as a birthday gift. The flowers are decent but the bouquet didn't include all the balloons that were ordered and didn't show up during the timeframe requested so no one was home to receive them. They did leave a note and I called and left a VM at the number listed on the card 2 hours after they had tried to make their delivery. After a couple more hours went by, I called another number and spoke to a very unfriendly man who told me the flowers would come the next day (the day after they were supposed to be received and the day after my birthday). If you want poor to mediocre service, I recommend Mr. K's. read more

Ordered flowers for my wife's 6 year anniversary and her favorite Roses are Red and White. The arrangement looks more Red and Pink. Overall a very nice bouquet and awesome delivery but much different than what was pictured online. I would recommend calling before ordering to make sure they have what you want. I hired Mr.K's Flowers to do my wedding in late June. I was skeptical of florists and inflated costs so I was considering DIY, but when it got closer to the wedding I didn't want the hassle. We reached out to several local florists and Mr.K's was the ONLY one that requested to meet with me and discuss my vision. The rest just sent bids based on an initial vision deck I put together. Amber was great and talked through my ideas and made suggestions for how we could execute with alternatives to help deliver on the vision and within a budget I was comfortable with. On the day they showed up and the flowers were perfect, they made the space look amazing and as an added bonus when our guitarist for the ceremony bailed, one of the assistants was able to step in and help. I had the pleasure of taking a private floral design design class at Mr. K's. I requested to learn how to design a tropical arrangement as well as wedding bouquets & a boutonniere and they really gave me great instruction on all three points. Mr. K taught me how to do the tropical and it turned out AMAZING. Mrs. K gave some input as well and I must say it was truly a joy working with them. They are so sweet, kind, funny, patient and of course knowledgeable. Their granddaughter taught me how to do the wedding bouquet's (I got to do a BoHo style and a traditional style) & the boutonniere. I purchased a beautiful large bouquet through FTD for delivery in Highlands Ranch CO. The bouquet received was the small version of the arrangement and sparse compared to even the small version pictured on FTD's sight. I contacted the florist fulfilling the order and sent pictures of what I ordered, and what was delivered. He promised to look into it and contact me. 2 hours later I called back and was told Mr. K's was going to issue me a 20% discount through FTD. I advised I do don't want the discount, and wanted the arrangement delivered that I ordered--it was a special occasion and I'd specifically selected a large arrangement. The florist responded that a discount was all he could offer; the delivery location was too far away to take a second order and pick up the first (it wasn't that far); their designer made a mistake; call FTD if I wanted to discuss it further. I called FTD. They spoke with the vendor and ultimately responded that Mr K's would provide the large bouquet but wouldn't deliver it until the next day--which missed my special event and the reason I ordered the flowers to begin with. She was patient when I called back to add a sentence to my note to my sister. I ordered an $85 bouquet. The stunning beauty bouquet. It was anything but stunning. I paid extra for the better option. It looked nothing like the photo. 70% foliage and not many actual flowers. The flowers that were present were not too quality. I thought for 85$ I would be getting a top of the line bouquet that looked stunning. That was not the case. I told them when I saw it that it looked small and not stunning. They went back and added a couple more roses and some lavender. I appreciate the try but it still didn't do the trick. Don't waste your money here. This is the second times buying flowers and each time I felt they were not anything special. Maybe it was an anomaly. There's always that possibility. Flowers were delivered to an art museum for a reception. There was no recipient name on the envelope. The enclosed card was handwritten in what looked like a third-grader's penmanship. Worse, the flowers themselves. Bedraggled sunflowers in a non-descript vase. Mr K's Flowers delivered a order through Telafloral, to an event in Lakewood last Friday. I was horrified when I saw such a travesty of the bouquet pictured on line. The flowers where so old the stargazer lilies wilted and gone by Friday PM, Stock filler was brown on stems and falling off, rest of filler not even close to featured bouquet, dido on the vase. I called to express my disappointment and he stated he wanted pictures and said I would have to contact Telaflora for complaint. Be assured I will.
