We've patronized this business for quite some time and taken the dog inside several times before today. My husband is a veteran and has PTSD. The dog was waiting in the car but he took her in to get a drink of water, as we'd done before. She sat quietly by the door with me while he went to fill her water bowl. It was 96°. She is a service dog but we didn't have her correct vest. She had broken the clip. A grumpy old man, the only customer in there, told him they didn't allow dogs. He replied he was just getting her some water and would take her right out. The grumpy old man decided to make a big deal of it and there were words because he's a vet with PTSD and had said he was taking her right back out. The owner got involved and upset me because we said we'd take our business elsewhere. That set him off to the point I had to tell him to stop talking to me, to which he got even ruder and told me to "f*ck off." Terribly rude and unprofessional for a business. It was 96°. There was no notice the dog wasn't allowed inside. We said we'd take her right out. Why was it necessary to treat any customer that way? Why? We will find another veteran-friendly laundromat that doesn't tell a woman to "f*ck off." That is never acceptable. read more

As far as laundromats go, this one isn't bad. Not the largest with 11 washers , but 3 are 6 load size and 4 are 4 load size. Site includes a small kids corner, a few video games, a couch and chairs near a tv, a coin op massage chair as well as some snacks available to purchase. Full service available as well. read more

Do not use this laundromat! They do not care about your business or treating you like a human being. Scott is obviously miserable, and should not be interacting with costumers. Intermittently over the years, I have used this business because it is close to my house. Recently I had problems with my washing machine and had to use their services more frequently. This past week, I decided to wash some rugs, and because washing rugs and comforters are likely what contributed to my washing machines demise, I decided to clean them here. I brought 10$ and my change purse with me and left my purse at home. After spending the 10$, I still needed 1.50$ in quarters. So I went to my change purse and found a mix of nickels and dimes as well as 20 pennies. I went to the counter and waited patiently for approximately 10 minutes, while the attendant Scott emptied and loaded machines all the while seeing me waiting at the desk. He finally came to the counter, and I asked for 2.00$ in quarters. He states, "I will give you a dollar, I am not your piggy bank". I honestly was taken aback and did not quite realize what had just transpired. I nicely explained that I had already filled three machines and needed a 1.50$ to start the last load. To which he replies, "like I said, I am not your piggy bank, do not let it happen again and slams another four quarters down on the desk. Then states, as I am walking away, "Oh, I will be counting this, and it better be right." Excuse me???? That's when I became outraged. First, how dare an employee speaks to a customer like that? Was I not there to conduct business? I was not asking for quarters to use for my benefit. I was asking for them to start a machine in their business. Second, why would he insinuate that I was there to "cheat him" out of some quarters! I have dealt with this same employee before, and he was rude, but I had figured he was just having a bad day and was not going to make a big deal out of it. But this past week's behavior was unacceptable and left me feeling dazed and confused. I encourage anybody looking for a laundromat to keep looking and find somebody that actually appreciates your business. read more

Sure I'll give Mr. Laundromat 5 Stars... I can't claim to know a lot of Laundromats but this place has everything! I'm sitting on a comfy couch with Dr Phil on the TV, there's a coin operated massage chair (which I'm eyeing) and 5 (yes Five!) Arcade Games to pass the time on if I care to! There is a full time Attendant who is SUPER Helpful (yes of course I had lots of questions!) and they sell snacks and sodas as well as anything you need for your laundry experience. It's right next to a Cook Out and in a small shopping center so there's places to go outside if you want to get out of this comfortable fresh smelling environment. It's as good as it gets! read more

This laundromat is completely disrespectful to its patrons. I had heard a few stories about the owner being rude and obnoxious but the two older women that worked there were so nice and we haver never had to escalate any issues so we kept going. Well until today when the new young girl named Yasmine just completely disrespected my family. There was a long wait for dryers to become available we waited patiently and put our clothes in the dryers. There are super fast dryers and super slow dryers we put our clothes in two of the five fast ones and had to use several slow ones to dry as well. The plan was to put the clothes in the slow dryer in the faster ones once they were dry because it was late in the day and the kids have school the next day. Well, I sent my son into the laundromat to check on the clothes and everything was still running but had a few more minutes so I prepare to go back in. When we get in a woman is putting her clothes in the dryer that our clothes just occupied and said the lil girl just took your clothes out. We were shocked because we timed the cycle and they had just stopped literally not even minutes ago. I went to ask her why she couldn't wait for us to return she said that she did not care whether it was 1 min or 10 min that she had the right to take any clothes out of the washer or dryer that she wanted. I informed her that the lady told me that she didn't ask her to take them out but asked if they were done with the dryer. I informed her that there were six other small dryers available and that her actions, in this circumstance was not warranted. I could understand if the clothes were there for 20 min. She got a serious attitude with me and showed no sympathy for the fact that no other efficient dryers were available. We had to spend $10 dollars drying clothes in 6 small dryers then changing to the big efficient ones later. We spent an additional hour here and were the last customers besides her boyfriend who she was chucking it up with instead of doing her work. I informed her of the inconvenience and extra expense that she caused all because she gave no grace period of 2 minutes nor directed the customer to the MANY other machines and she pointed to the wall and said that I should call Scott and talk to him about it. She gave me his name and said to keep calling the store to reach him and laughed. I told her that it was incredible how little compassion she has for the customers and she basically said, "so what!" She was rude, inconsiderate, and passive aggressive at best. She talked about the owner like she was certain that he would chew me out and that I'd wish I hadn't bothered to complain about her behavior. I would have liked to think that customer service is a priority and that the owner would apologize and better train staff in that "prompt" means timely not 30 seconds or less. I do not think a mere grace period of a few minutes to walk from my car parked a few stores down due to availability is asking too much. Lastly, I will note that the attendants are also washing clothes for people who dropped off clothing and during the more than 3 hours that we were there Yasmine always used the large efficient dryers and left dry clothes sitting in the machines for much longer than 20 min while she did what she was doing in the back then checked them and reran after them sitting in the dryer wet for so long. There was literally a line for dryers during this time. The older women never did this, were always eager to help, and were respectful. The girl ate while folding clothes with grimey hands, texted, and talked to her boyfriend who later came to the laundromat. She joked with and hugged on him while customers were there. The new staff have a severe lack of customer service skills. This place is not worth the drama, wasted time, nor wasted money. read more
