I love the extra care the staff takes with the clothing when hanging and pinning them for return to the customer. Had a very minor scare that one shirt was missing but the staff brought this to my attention promptly at pickup and worked together to locate the item within a couple minutes. Because she has experience even in New York fashion, she makes suggestions on the pleats or darts or any other requests I have, and she has even worked in the design industry in New York. She really is the best I've been to for all things fabric, and she does it amazingly with the lowest prices. Now, on the prices, she really does have the lowest prices, hemming for $12 instead of $20, for example. But, I will say this building looks rough, but how could she move with these prices? Don't worry about cleanliness, it smells fresh, even with the vape/tobacco store next door, my clothes are always clean when I get them. Try her with your seamstress needs, you'll be thrilled!

It took her a couple of fittings to get them right, but that was ok. I was very pleased with her work and just so thankful to her that she saved me from having to part with some special dresses or to have to sell them or give them away and that I paid a lot for and were special to me. They come through the neighborhood twice a week, but on occasion when we have needed items before our normal schedule date, they have been happy to oblige -I sent a pair of pants one time that had a seam out, they called and asked if I would like them to send them to their tailor before they returned them! This was awesome. -they do a great job! It's a family run business and when you call it's usually the owner that you talk to and they are super friendly. We have been using their service for years and have never had any complaints.
