They do a good job, but make sure you take the time to list out any particular needs that you have prior to leaving. For example, I dropped off a suit and it had a spill on the lapel and also some dirt from a rain storm on the pant legs. When I picked them up, they were still soiled as if they didn't either notice, or perhaps just didn't apply specific cleaning solution to those areas. I lucky caught that prior to leaving, brought it to their attention, and they got it fixe; although I had to wait an additional 2 days to get the suit back. They do a great job on shirts! read more

NEVER GO HERE. I would have preferred the option of giving a ZERO star review. I have been going to different dry cleaners in a variety of cities and states during my, almost two decade, professional career and I have never been treated like this. They damaged my pants and took ONE MONTH to even give me a call back. On the call the woman, Lori King, told me they could not say clearly that it was there fault and thus would only offer me store credit. I asked if that means she thought it was my fault and she said no. So then I asked if it wasn't me and it wasn't you then who should bare the blame? She had no answer. She just said their policy is if they cannot clearly say they were at fault they do not pay claims. NEVER TAKE YOUR BELONGINGS HERE. I have never had an issue with any dry cleaner ever. I always find that dry cleaners are fair and also have NEVER had one damage my clothing to begin with. This place is a chop shop that will destroy your clothes and then make you bare the cost. There are mom and pop dry cleaners who will take care of your clothing because they need your business. Clearly Red Hanger has lost that understanding and why customer service is important. read more

Took two table cloths in to be cleaned for work. The girl said it would take a week. I asked if they would call me as soon as they were done. I never got a call. I was charged 35 dollars per table cloth (which is so expensive) i have gone elsewhere and paid 35 for both Customer service was terrible. And they were wrinkled. If i had not needed then for and event the next day i would have taken them back in. read more

They cleaned my clothing perfectly and was able to clean an older fur (coyote) coat & it turned out perfect. The staff was superior in service and knowledgeable about the business. I appreciate this location and would gladly recommend them again read more

Wow. Totally and completely ruined a nearly brand-new shirt, that my husband had only worn once. It was an $80 7 Diamonds dress shirt, and he took it to be cleaned. Are the cleaners not educated on how to properly clean shirts?! Or read the tags at all?! Because this shirt came back with so many giant pink splotches all over it that it's completely un-wearable, and un-fixable. So disappointing. read more

I rarely use dry cleaning services. But my husband recently got promoted at his job, and needed to wear a suit coat to the holiday party. I wasn't able to get his suit coat cleaned prior, so the day of the party I stopped in at Red Hanger on South Jordan Parkway. I asked if they could do it today, and even though they were already super busy, they agreed to have it done by end of day. This was a relief to me, and they did a great job with it. Foul and disappointing! To begin, Red Hanger is overpriced, but it's a trusted name and I had a special garment worn once that needed cleaning due to storage musk. And they completely ruined my cocktail dress! I complained that the dress, which was light pink, had been returned to me with large, black spots covering the back, bust, and shoulders of the dress. The manager took the dress for another 3 days at a "supposed" attempt at re-cleaning it but only spoiled the garment further. I've had to throw out the dress completely as it was not salvageable and the entire episode was costly and frustrating! read more

Brooke has worked with me for 12 years and I was a regular. I moved to Missouri 16 months ago and I flew in for my Moms funeral. I needed my suit pressed and she was able to take great care of me. I wish all dry cleaners were like this. read more

We love the service at Red Hanger cleaners. Drive through drop off is the best! And the laundering services have been exceptional

I picked up several pieces of clothing and they had the same stains on them as when I dropped them off. They came out the second time. Did they even run them the first time? They ruined a silk dress by taking the color out and said it came in that way. It did not.The stains it had were still there. They would not take responsibility for ruining a $150 dress. I even offered that I would accept it if they would dye it. They would not. I won't be going back. Did I mention how expensive their service was? It would be alright if their service matched the price. It does not. read more

I took in my husband's suit coat which had a stain of unknown origin. The stain did not come out and Red Hanger did not mention this to me. So I took it back. No apology but they did agree to try again for free. When I picked it up again, they tried to charge me again! I took the suit coat to Redwood Cleaners and they got the stain out. read more

They used too hot of an iron on my pants, didn't get a makeup stain out of a shirt, and added a bleach stain to another one of my shirts. I was supposed to get a 15% discount through my company but they didn't give it to me and said they could do it in my next visit. Unfortunately I won't be visiting them again.
