I waited to write this review to see how they would hold/grow out in time. Unhygienic processes from the beginning, he had my ENTIRE fingers drowned in acetone for over 20 minutes. My acrylics were not grinded/cleaned in the cuticle area and were put over my nail bed. The grow out was painful into my skin. The acrylics themselves were very thin and the coat / polish they use is very sheer which was a stark difference from what they have you pick out. Tools were dropped and being reused on clients. I had never experienced something like this - makes me sad how much it has gone downhill.

I probably had asked him more than five times which was a bit frustrating because I just wanted to relax on that massage chair, but instead, I had to jerk back constantly because I was in fear that I was going to pay for something that I didn't like and turns out I came back home and by nighttime while laying in bed, one of the polishes somehow peeled off nearly completely, and this was on my last toe, so I don't know what it was that made it peel off, but I know for sure I need to contact them and ask for them to fix this. I wonder if it's a primer incident or if the polish wasn't fully cured properly or if the corner of my toenail is too long and may have possibly kick something and caused it to lift? But also, I know that with a proper primer application, whether I kick something or not, the gel should still remain intact. Anyways, I will be returning today, which is the following day after, and I sure do hope they do not charge me for this service repair.

They are also doing some kind of promotion where my next visit will be 5% off then after next visit 10% off., and so on.. some shit like that. I think it goes up to 20%.. So that is pretty cool. She is incredibly fast, does an amazing job shaping my nails, and consistently delivers great results. I always get builder gel on top of my natural nails. She offers gel x and builder gel. The retention is crazy. The last time I was here my nails were at 4 1/2 weeks with no lift. Note: cuticle care is an additional charge and you will have to request for it. The salon is always clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. They do accept walk-ins, which is very convenient. However, if you'd like to work with a specific nail artist, especially Amy, I recommend calling ahead to schedule an appointment. Highly recommend this salon and Amy!

They greeted us immediately upon entering and made us comfortable. We had requested the spa pedi so once escorted to the pedi area and seated, we were given a lovely glass of sparkling wine. Since Mother's Day is coming up, we were also given pink roses. Michelle and Anna did the pedicures. They were excellent techs and chatted with us throughout the whole pedi. They really made the experience even more special. I feel like I should also comment on the cleanliness of the salon. It was *impeccable*. Not even a bit of dust in the corners. Right away I was greeted (4X), which definitely shows the level of attention to the client. I was seated within 1 minute and was told that the mani might not be able to be accommodated, but they were able to do so, which I really appreciated. I live 35 minutes away, but they did such a great job that I wouldn't mind making the trip. The massages on my hands and feet and was nice. They were both funny and kind. Pedicure: $58/gel (Annie) Manicure: $38/gel (May) Added $20 tip ($10 + $10) Total: $116 The best thing is that they don't charge an extra fee and accept credit card, which is really nice for the client.

I know her art and nail work is awesome but I think she can do a lot better if she slows down and take her time. I love my 2nd set nails from her. I gave her an inspiration example of what I wanted. She do business so expected you to know what color you wanted from her book. She doesn't really help or guide you what to get even if you show her an example. No one is perfect but by far, i know she's still my favorite nail tech so far.

This is my third time giving this salon a chance, and each visit has left me feeling disappointed with what I paid for. The hard gel manicure was $60 for a basic color, and I'm honestly glad I didn't spend the additional $10-$15 for chrome or cat-eye designs.
