Ricardo the owner is soft spoken, polite and knowledgeable in what he does. He mostly oversaw the job remotely and had his less experienced team work on the job. The job took longer than expected. He did show up to the job site with the goal of finishing the work, however, he left without completing the job. There is a hole in the wall that Ricardo said he would come back and patch; and a video doorbell that Ricardo said he would come back and make audible (from inside the house) when someone rings the doorbell. Without an audible doorbell ringer, the video doorbell is not effective even when people are in the house. Notifications on the phone are unsatisfactory with regards to video doorbells because I don't always have my phone near me to see the video doorbell notification come through letting me know someone is at the door. There is a loud electrical buzzing sound that is coming from the video doorbell adapter. We unplugged this from the wall, therefore, we no longer have a working video doorbell. My experience with Mount Atlanta is not good because there has been no response regarding fixing our concerns once Ricardo got paid in full.

He didn't try to over sale me something I didn't need. I have a new ac system and furnace installed with some duct work and the price was incomparable to other companies I called, there financial options where absolutely outstanding which made the price of the unit just that much more affordable. Moving forward to the installation, this part gets a bit rocky. I had two crews come out, the first crew was suppose to be my original crew for installation. There craftsmanship wasn't the best, I will say it was concerning and I was completely dissatisfied. I had air leaks to the basement and unfinished work, that was told to get a contractor to finish when in fact I paid Assured Comfort to install. I called the company and notified them of the issue and the following day they sent out a supervisor with a different crew the following day! This new crew which consisted of (Darryl and Mike) came and completely redid what the previous crew did! The difference was NIGHT and DAY!! When the second crew left they made sure that EVERYTHING was up to par and that I was FULLY satisfied with the system, appearance, and placement of Freon lines! It was an absolute art work of what they did compared to the previous crew. I do highly recommend Assured Comfort as this is the second home I've had them install a full system. The previous home was at my moms house. I wish I had before and after photos! The photos provided are of the system of its current status!

Alberto installed electrical outlets, switches, and specialized lighting in our theater room. This was no small feat because our lighting needs included swivel fixtures that needed to be installed in pinpoint locations that were difficult to access. Alberto navigated a range of technical problems that arose, particularly in wiring through a complicated wall cap and joist system, as well as through cabinetry boxes I was in the process of constructing. Alberto also talked through several ideas with me and provided excellent suggestions, even on aspects of the theater outside his hired scope of work. Alberto finished the work on time and on budget. The end result appeared as if I hired an expensive company specializing in theater construction, but I never had to pay the hefty price tag those types of companies typically demand. I was impressed with Alberto's expertise and work ethic, so I added several additional items to his scope of work while he was at our house. Alberto installed lighting and a dimmer switch in a window bench and cabinetry in my daughter's room as a reading nook. My daughter's reading nook was a project near and dear to my heart because I spent the better part of 2 years building it, so I was particularly picky about how the lighting's end result looked.
