Excellent service. I started off, by being lost...(thanks to my low internet connection) so I called Mr. Muffler, the gentleman who answered was so patient with me. Even after helping me with directions (which I'm sure was a bit annoying) he told me to call back if I get lost again. Which made me feel as though, they are truly there to help. I finally get there, and I am immediately greeted, kindly. They take my car in promptly and begin their work. Bill was very pleasant as well, honest, kind and patient. Been meaning to write a positive review for this place. Everytime my vehicle has been in bind, all the problems it had were pricy fixes. We all know these newer pickups as of I say 2015 and up, have been nothing but shit. Most mechanics see dollar signs when they see those trucks roll up to their place. And hey, ill admit I'm one of those idiot buyers who thought, hey the newer the better. Anyways, I always felt that Mr. Bill gave me a very fair price and had my truck back in adequate time. Mechanic straight up lied to my face about my car. He tried making me believe my car was so bad and needed expensive repairs but couldn't even quote me any price. Tells me the timing chain is at least a 15 hour job. Claims to be a mechanic for 30 years yet takes double the time of any mechanic to fix a timing chain on one of the most common easy to work on engines. He told me my car had no oil and sounded like marbles all over the engine. I had oil in the vehicle when I dropped it off and never once heard this marbles everywhere shooting around problem. I had a full 5 gallon container of oil in the vehicle. I pick up my vehicle and take it home. Open the trunk to find a mess of oil because this idiot used my oil and didn't tighten the cap. My vehicle looked brand new inside and out and now I have oil damage in my trunk. Do not go here. Scam artist read more

Mr. Muffler is amazing! They are fast, nice and impossibly inexpensive. I brought my car in making a terrible noise- one that just sounds expensive. Turns out my emergency brake cable was rubbing on the drive shaft. The charged me a whopping $0.29.... For the zip tie. (I think I owe them brownies for life).
