He stated that he would fix the car and have it painted. After calling him at least 12 times the car was returned to me in the beginning of June covered in bird poop and filthy inside with a spray paint job from a can. After the equinox was examined by the Genesis Chevy dealership, they gave me a diagnostic with all of the issues wrong which is posted in review . At this point, my posts about the terrible service are affecting Kouder's business ,so he called me today and threatened to come by my house and hurt me if I don't stop. Please don't deal with this dishonest man, as now I have to file a police report and sue him.

As someone who relies on my vehicle every day for work, it is important to me that I understand not only what is being repaired, but also the overall condition of the vehicle and any maintenance items that may require attention in the future. Robin took the time to explain his findings, discuss recommendations, and answer my questions in a way that was clear and easy to understand. What stood out most was the communication. Robin kept me informed throughout the process, called me before pickup to review the repairs and recommendations, and treated my concerns seriously. The team was professional, courteous, and thorough from start to finish. It is not always easy to find a repair facility that is willing to take the time to explain things and help a customer understand what is going on with their vehicle, but that was my experience with Paul's Auto Service. This place has went downhill hill. I had been a loyal customer with them since 2006. September 3,…read more2025 I picked my Chrysler 200 up from them after paying $1200 for repairs. The car didn't make it to LCHS and back it was overheating. I called and was told to bring it back. When I pulled up to the place the oil change employees was pointing because it was something hanging loose from under my car. Marcus asked me to sit in the lobby so they could check it out. He had me sit there for hours with my child toddler and all. Didn't even offer me a ride home and I live across the street. I left a more detailed review of the situation in my previous review. After the review Bill reached out to me and said my review is killing his business and that he would replace my motor in my car on him. If I took it down. I called him back and asked him to write me a contract I recorded him on my other phone of him saying just give him some time. That was in December. I have not heard anything from him or anyone else at Basha. I lost my job and I've been in a rental since December 4, 2025 wasting thousands of dollars because my main car was also down. I've almost lost my home and I had to give my car back due to me not being able to afford the payments for a car that was not working. And pay for a rental to be able to provide for my family. I'm in a serious amount of debt and at risk of being homeless due to their negligence in handling my car repairs correctly the first time around. They robbed a loyal customer and has caused me to experience several financial hardships. I will be seeking legal action for reimbursement of rental car fees, pain and suffering, and lost wages. I gave this man 6 months and 11 days to fix my vehicle. I went back today and said what's going on with my car? It's still sitting in the same spot from six months ago. He told me I have to buy the motor and stuff now. This is after having valve gaskets and stuff replaced by his employee by the name of Marcus. I tried extending grace to Bil because he was experiencing his own problems with his mother being sick in another country and I thought I could trust him. In my past experiences he's never lied to me. But this has just been one lie after another. I posted the Google review he reached out to me we talked he said he'd send me the videos. FYI iPhones record the date and time the original pic/video was taken. He told me December 4, 2025 he had to get it from across the street. After waiting a few hours and not recieving a call back at 12:28pm and noticed my car was full of snow and looked like it had been sitting there for weeks. I recorded a video and everything. I get the video from Bil and it has a date stamped to it of November 28, 2025 at 4:43pm. When I tell Bil that he tells me on the recording they pushed it. That would be impossible the car windows had snow on them still. I've been holding on to these court papers but I'll be filing them in court tomorrow. I'm a single mother of two my kids didn't have a Christmas, we're on the verge of being homeless. While his business continues to thrive. Take it from me don't take your car there! You will be ripped off and lied to! This place is supposed to be better business bureau accredited. But don't waste your time they won't respond. Save yourself the headache and financial burden!
