We brought the vehicle back, and they charged us an additional $500 for a pedal assembly repair. After getting the car back a second time, the exact same problems remained. After speaking with the owner, we were told to bring the vehicle back again the Friday before Memorial Day weekend. We were told they would start looking at it the next day. It is now a week later, and we still do not have our vehicle. We are now being told that the problem is a transmission issue--something we never experienced before bringing the car to this shop--and they want another $2,500 to repair it. What has been equally frustrating is the lack of communication throughout this entire process. During all three visits, we never received proactive updates about our vehicle. Every time we wanted information, we had to call ourselves. Most calls resulted in being placed on hold, and often no one would return to the phone or call us back. We understand that unexpected issues can happen with vehicle repairs, but the combination of expensive repairs, unresolved problems, new issues appearing after service, and poor communication has made this an extremely disappointing experience. Supposedly, they did a Transmission Flush on my…read morecar. 10 months later, a certified mechanic of 30 plus years of experience did a complete & total drain on my transmission, reason for it was because of Check Engine light. Diagnostics was done. Pointed at transmission. Mechanic said there was no way I had a transmission flush in April of 2025. The fluid was so dirty and smelled bad. He also explained to me how a flush is done. What he explained was NOT done at this facility because I sat in the vehicle the entire time the service was done. The master mechanic said the plug where the transmission is drained did not have sealant tape around it stating the car had no transmission flush or any work done because the plug was as it left the dealership when the car was brand new. They duped me for over $300 (oil change included). I will NEVER return to this location. Also, they refer people to a shady mechanics shop just blocks south of them. I dealt with that particular shop. It is currently being watched as of this minute. No thanks, you got 2 businesses working together ripping people off just to make a couple of extra bucks, falsely stating work which was never done.
