We've been taking our dog Jools to Mr Muggles for years now (ever since she was a puppy). Our poochie perks up and starts getting super excited as soon as we turn onto Harrison St. She literally runs into the place, happy to be greeted by the friendly staff. We love to see the open play area, where all the dogs socialize. We appreciate how Mr Muggles sends us periodic photos when Jools is boarded. They even brush her teeth for us! I've taken my 10 month old Shih Tzu pup Henry to Mr. Muggles twice for 5-7 day stays. While I was traveling, Jourdain, Joe, and Adriana were so good about keeping me up to date on how Henry was doing and putting my worries to rest so that I was able to enjoy my vacation, free from my own separation anxiety. I was nervous about being away from him - since he is a "COVID pup" he's gotten used to having a fair amount of time to hang by my side so leaving him for a few days was kind of a big deal for me. I have to say that Mr. Muggles is a great place for puppy socialization and play time as well. The first time I left him there for 5 days when he was about 7 mos, he was almost completely potty trained when I took him home so the timing was just right for him. Mr. Muggles' Dogs - Henry and his new friend at Mr Muggles! - Pet Sitting Near Me - San Francisco, California

My two toy poodles have stayed at Mr. Muggles 3x over the last couple of months, and the first two stays I would describe as clunky, but after the last experience last week, I would never take my dogs there again and suggest anyone, particularly with dogs who have any kind of needs outside of your most basic care needs, avoid like the plague. I was initially excited to bring my dogs to Mr. Muggles based off of the online reviews and their intake process, which seems very organized and caters to dogs with different needs (something their website also boasts). Both of my dogs require daily medicine for arthritis and have very sensitive stomachs and so they can only have their own very specific food or they get very sick. Main issues are: - Too many dogs under their care and they don't separate by size or temperament. They do limit breed size to 50 lbs I think? But they have dogs as small as a few lbs and I personally watched (and you will see other reviews here mention this) that dogs with anxiety or smaller dogs do not do well in this type of environment. They will also say they check temperament so that everyone gets along, which they do, but there is no reason in such a large space that they couldn't have a small and medium size dog area. - Staff that is consistently disorganized and makes excuses why they mess up. I was consistently sent home from overnight stays with supplies missing or supplies that weren't mine. At each overnight check in, the staff struggled to understand and articulate my dogs' care instructions, and would say things like, "I'm sorry, I'm really tired today". And on two of my three overnight stays, my dogs were fed food they were not supposed to be fed (they have very sensitive stomachs and can only have their food, of which they were provided an ample supply), resulting in a week long bout of vomiting and diarrhea, trips to vet, etc. When asked how this could have happened, initially the staffed lied about what happened to try to suggest it never happened, then the shift supervisor said it actually did happen and the staff that checked us in on dropoff changed their care instructions in the system. - After this most recent issue with my dogs being fed the wrong food and the issues with the staff, I expressed my serious concerns with the shift supervisor who initially said she appreciated my feedback and then avoided my calls and would not call me back when I tried to get back in touch with her later that day to let her know my dog was sick. I finally tracked down the owner (Jourdain), and called him but he told me he was about to lose service and he would call me right back. I never did receive a call back from him. Instead, I only received text messages intermittently from him over the next day, including tacit apologies, an offer to credit a daily daycare fee and one overnight stay fee (despite the daycare fee resulting from me having to end the stay early to come pick them up out of fear they were being mistreated, which ended up being true!), but mostly making excuses for the mistakes (it was a holiday weekend they were busy, "we took incredibly good care of them and treated them as if they were our own"), etc. I told him that was insufficient, and that there were additional issues he wasn't acknowledging, and I requested several times that we have a call to discuss those and he would not take my call, and only after threatening to contact and file a report with the SBA and write reviews here and elsewhere did I finally get another text back from him at all saying "It seems like you just want to yell at someone....mistakes happen, we're only human". So if you're comfortable taking your fur family to a business that thinks treating dogs with special needs with carelessness to the point they're repeatedly ending up in the vet, and then responding to that by saying, "mistakes happen, we're only human", and that's how they'd treat their own animals, then this is your spot. Their staff are friendly enough, but they're not organized. Your stuff will go missing from often if you stay overnight. Your dogs will get fed other peoples food. Your dogs will be in a play pen with up to 50 other dogs. You may or may not get updates on your dog during your stay. And if any issues come up with service, do not expect a responsible business owner out of Jourdain. He may do the right thing or he may just tell you to suck it up and deal with it. read more

I hesitated about writing this review because I was initially so pleased with Mr. Muggles when I started bringing my dog here last year. I was going out of town and nervous about needing to board him somewhere for the first time, but the staff made him feel very welcomed. While I was on my trip, they even sent me video and photos of him. It was great! Over the course of a couple months, I've noticed a change. When I would drop him off he'd resist so much which made me think something bad happened during his daycare visits. I would ask how he's doing, and the staff mentioned its because he doesn't come in often and the dogs operate in packs... probably excluded him, etc. Fine. Reasonable enough. Another time I boarded him he came back with kennel cough. What really upset me was when I picked him up recently from a weekend of boarding at Mr. Muggles. I asked how he did and got the typical "He was fine" which is okay too, I'm not expecting a long speech of how he did... but what isn't fine is when I go home and notice a big dried up scab at the end of my dog's ear that wasn't there when I dropped him off. I immediately called to find out what happened and was told they didn't know what happened. They mentioned that if someone noticed he was bleeding, they'd clean it up and place Kwik Stop powder on it to stop the bleeding. Listen, I know dogs wrestle and all that... but maybe you could've mentioned this when I picked him up instead of being surprised by it. My dog plays well with others when we walk him at parks/beaches/etc. It's never been a problem. So, I'm surprised to see a bite mark on his ear from playing too rough. My dog (Oscar) went here for a while and then we moved to the East Bay and went elsewhere. I wish we could have transported Mr. Muggles to Oakland - it was shocking the difference. Oscar would always pull to go into muggles if we walked by, where at the new place he'd have his tail between his legs and try and turn the other way. They are so friendly and get to show the dogs affection (at the other place the people working aren't allowed to touch the dogs). Definitely recommend Muggles - such a great dog daycare and boarding experience. Jordan (the owner) is always super nice. read more

"Zachary!, it's Zachary everybody" is the greeting that is often heard as we cross Harrison street and we are spotted through the open air windows of Mr. Muggles across the way. Passerby's may not notice the shoutouts, but the leash pulls harder and harder as we near the steps leading to the "open" sign hanging from an old fashion coat rack hanging in view from the street. He races up the steps, forgetting for a moment that I--his dear one--am holding the leash. Uncharacteristically we lose eye contact. He forgets to say goodbye. The excitement, joy, pleasure, anticipation and comfort of this moment--Mr. Muggles--overtakes him. read more

I could not more highly recommend Mr. Muggles. I used them for day boarding my young golden retriever when she was only 4 months old. She was a very large puppy, and basically acted like a bull in a China shop at all times. They were so patient and loving with her that from the first moment I brought her in I knew she would be in good hands. The gentleman who was there every day (I'm so sorry I don't remember his name) remembered Pip and was always able to tell me about what she was doing during the day, and they even had a whole nap schedule planned out for her since she was so young. They really care about the dogs that are with them and have a well thought out plan for walks, rest time, etc. The area is clean, and there's even adorable big plastic couches for the dogs to sit on and play with one another. I would definitely take her back if we needed boarding again. read more

They talked a good talk at the first meeting, "we love dogs. we pay our employees well." So we signed our dog up for daycare before boarding to let our dog get a feel of the place. Our dog seemed happy after daycare. As the boarding dates approached, I wrote care and feeding instructions on their app under our account. Well apparently, their staff did not read any of the care and feeding instructions. They didn't feed our dog half her meals, NEVER gave her meds and our dog was an emotional wreck when we picked her up. We never got an update report, as was promised by one of the owners, or a picture of her stay. I'm sure she didn't eat since she lost 5 lbs, I weighed her. Seriously, I had to leave that place before I verbally blew up on the girl who answered me with a canned response. Look, ok you're busy, then don't promise an update report on a dog when you can't deliver. There were so many other things that got me pissed off. I had my partner call them to complain later that day, the manager told him she will look into why our dog was not fed her food and will get back to us. It's been three days, silence. I don't trust them to take care of my dog. I don't trust them period. read more

There are no words to describe how wonderful the people are at Mr Muggles. Albeit I have an unusual situation and they could not accommodate my dogs, they didn't just say 'NO'. The owners took their own time and trouble to get me pointed in the right direction so I could find a home dog sitter that could take very special care of my special needs dogs. I had been running in circles for weeks, trying to find someone trustworthy who could just let me run out of town for a couple of days. Incredible staff! Super communicative! Great pricing too. They absolutely love all the dogs here. My 35lb dog zelda has been going here 1-2 times a week for the last year and LOVES it there. Is dying to come back every time. When we leave town we trust their boarding as well since they know and love her so much. Couldn't ask for a better experience. I thought about not writing this review since I want to believe my dog getting hurt while at Mr. Muggles was an isolated incident but since our fury friends can't speak for themselves I think the responsible thing to do is let people know what could potentially happen. Zeke is a 4 1/2 month old puppy who is super friendly to other dogs and humans. He's a beagle mix so not very big but during my research Mr. Muggles stood out for having great reviews and catering to small dogs. After emailing Jourdain I arranged to take Zeke in for a meet and greet on Friday. While there I asked the staff (who were all very friendly) how many dogs they take at a time (40 is the number I was told), what happens if there is a fight, what happens if the dogs are tired or puppies and need to rest throughout their stay. All the answers were good and Zeke seemed to be doing fine so I arranged to leave him for a few hours and asked since he is a puppy , that he go in the pens in the back to rest after playing for a while. I came back 3 1/2hrs later, looked into the dog area and couldn't see him. I was told he was being held and a staff member went to get him, when he came out another staff member was handing him to me when he noticed his ear was had a 1 inch gash in it. The blood was dry so they tired to say maybe it happened before I dropped him off, after telling them I would have noticed a gash in his ear they put hydrogen peroxide on it and in peppy voices kept saying he's ok, he didn't cry out. I had my sleepy one year old with me so wasn't able to spend more time discussing how it wasn't ok. A few things are troubling about his: 1. Trying to tell me it didn't happen there, and only after me insisting it did acknowledging that it did 2. After being told they watch new dogs especially puppies they definitely weren't since they didn't notice him get bit and despite them saying he didn't yelp I find that unlikely since that's what dogs do to let other dogs know they are hurt 3. Telling me its not a problem as oppose to saying we are sorry this happened As well as not watching him they didn't put him in the back to rest nor did they watch to see he drank enough water (based on the amount of water he drank when we got home). There was water out for the dogs but given the 38 other dogs (number the staff quoted for that day) and him being overwhelmed since it was day one they should have made sure he knew where to drink, got a chance to rest away from other dogs and was watched a little better than a dog read more

Mr. Muggles Yelp review My golden retriever, Winnie, is almost 9 months old now. For our first 4 months together, I was with her pretty much 24/7, as I worked from home. These days, I work in an office. Accompanied by 2 cats, the soothing sounds of HGTV, and under my watchful eye (via Dropcam, kudos guys), I've been leaving Winnie at home when I'm at work. It's been ok... until recently. It appears Winnie has grown bored, and taken it out on my furniture as a form of youthful rebellion. So here I was, helplessly watching the death of my couch, screaming at my computer monitor clear across town, when I had a moment of clarity - it was time for doggy daycare. Which brings us to Mr. Muggles'. We recently moved into a new office building, so I immediately searched Yelp for the closest option. After reading reviews, and speaking with them at length over the phone, I was thrilled to find Mr. Muggles' mere blocks from our space. The first thing you'll notice, is how big of a play area they have. For an indoor space, it's quite impressive, and very clean. They have lots of things for climbing, and their crating/pen areas are designed like Victorian homes, which we can all agree is pretty nice touch. Most of their dogs are small-medium sized, with a few exceptions, including mine. All the daycare employees are super friendly, knowledgeable, and you can tell they love dogs. The couple who run the business are fantastic, and I love chatting with Jourdain and Joe in the morning. They're also on top of things. Winnie hurt her paw somehow, and they called me instantly to let me know. It was nothing serious (just a claw that came out) but I appreciate their sincerity and promptness. My dog absolutely knows where we're going in the morning, and pulls very hard once we round Harrison. I would highly recommend this business to anyone. read more

We've been taking our puppy Carly here since the week she got all her shots and was cleared to play! She absolutely loves coming here and leaves exhausted. How do I know she loves it? Well if you count her charging across the street to get to the building and not giving me a second glance once she's taken by one of the staff to go inside, I think I'm comfortable saying she LOVES it here! I've referred multiple friends as well and their dogs also love to play at Mr. Muggles'. Our two dogs have been going to Mr Muggles for almost a year now. They come home pooped as all get out, panting all the way home and sleep for hours. The staff takes great care of the dogs -- part of daycare is regular walks, and I often see them walking dogs around the neighborhood. They spend a bunch of time playing fetch with the dogs, not just leaving them to play with each other. And they also take just small to medium sized dogs so you don't have to worry about small dogs getting picked on. We've done boarding too and had nothing but positive experiences. We moved here from Wag Hotel and are really happy we did. read more

Stop looking anywhere else! Mr. Muggles has it ALL: wonderful staff, daily walks, clean facilities, and competitive rates. My boyfriend and I had visited two dog daycares in Mission and we had already paid for a 20 day package at Wag Hotels. (This was all before we discovered Mr. Muggles.) I remember we walked out feeling conflicted because we had just settled for less. We didn't like that our little Leo, a puppy in the midst of house training, would never be taken outside. We also did not like the facilities. It smelled awful and Leo would get no sunlight all day. SF Hound Lounge was another contender but the facilities were not clean when we visited. Leo vomited dog hair the next morning. Daily walks were not guaranteed and there would only be one given a day upon request. We found Mr. Muggles the day after paying for Wag Hotels and immediately called Wag for a refund. We were so glad that they accepted the refund. Mr. Muggles takes your furry baby out twice a day, the facilities are clean, and the sunlight comes through. There are at least two people in the room watching the dogs it seems. I have only been in the morning though so it may be more people later on. What makes me happiest is that Leo goes crazy when he gets near. He walks to the door on his hind legs, pulling at the leash, and runs up the stairs barking. He loves going there and that's all I want. I think the only thing I ever thought Mr. Muggle could integrate into their daycare is maybe a report of how a dog is doing maybe twice a month. For me this would have been really useful because Leo is a puppy and he was going regularly 3x a week. Sadly, we won't be able to go to Mr. Muggles because we are moving to Lake Merced area near SFSU. Thank you, Joey and Jourdain and staff for taking such amazing care of our Leo. THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! You will not find a better doggy daycare facility on EITHER coast. My gal Molly and I moved to SF from Boston and hand on heart... Mr. Muggles' Dogs provides the GREATEST dog care we've ever experienced... on EITHER coast! Joe, Jourdain, and the ENTIRE staff are just FANTASTIC! Every morning we're greeted by name and Molly is given her little 'welcome' nibble. She then happily scoots into the gorgeous doggie playroom to frolic (and no doubt conspire) with fellow members of the 'small dog mafia' (they should seriously trademark that, no?)! I LOVE that Mr. Muggles' caters to small dogs... My gal Molly (11lb Peke-a-poo) often thinks she is an 85lb Lab and attempts to play with other large dogs as if she was a physical peer - it doesn't always end well for her. At Mr. Muggles' she's about average in size to her fellow playmates and I don't have to worry about her engaging too far above her weight class :) Molly is also an older gal (11yo in June 2014!), so some days she's peppier than others. On slow days, Mr. Muggles' team members are happy to offer a loving lap for her to sit on, or she simply lounges on the couch between walks. On zippy days, doggy shenanigans abound as they dash around the playroom and on all of the playground equipment. How do I know? Because you can watch them through a fun little observation window! Molly stays all day, M-F with Mr. Muggles' and enjoys two walks each day, which keeps Molly fit and both of us happy. Mr. Muggles' is also a BART commuters dream... their beautiful facility is situated a quick 10-15 min walk from the 16th Street BART Station, so I can easily drop her off on my way to work and pick her up on the way home. Don't want to walk? Take a bus up 16th street and you can get within a block of them. :) As if all of this were not enough... I've even gotten a few photos and videos of Molly during the day from one of the Mr. Muggles' team - just beyond! I love them so much... they've given me incredible peace-of-mind that I could never put a price on (but if I did - it's VERY reasonable!) Really... I can't say enough GREAT things about Mr. Muggles'... Bottom-line: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE! read more

Mr Muggles 100% deserves its 5 star review! Here's why, in my opinion. I sent my Boston Terrier to a pet sitter whilst going on vacation thinking it was the best home environment for my somewhat nervous pooch. After 24 hours of being petrified at the pet sitters house, Mr Muggles went round to their house and rescued her from an uncomfortable situation. It wasn't that the sitter was bad, but they weren't professionally trained like Mr Muggles staff who knew how to handle her temperament. Within 1 day, Mr Muggles staff had managed to gain the trust of my nervous dog and bring out her true character; playing with all the other dogs, giving staff cuddles and enjoying her temporary home. The staff sent us regular email updates with detail on her behavior and progression including photos and videos. They are much more than a boarding kennels as the dogs are entertained all day in the Day Care facilities so they can play all day! Yet there are some quiet rooms for that needed down time dogs like mine need. It's also mainly small or medium sized dogs too so my little one didn't get over powered by huge dogs. In the end Mr Muggles turned round an uncomfortable situation to an extremely positive one where my dog is more comfortable around other people and had a blast with the other dogs. So much so that we will continue to take her to the Doggy Day Care sessions once in a while to keep her socialized and just for fun! I would absolutely reccommend this place and the staff deserve amazing credit! Can't thank Mr Muggles enough :)! read more

Had to board my dog Thumper for the first time ever this week -- he's only ever stayed with close friends until now so was a bit hesitant about the whole deal but they were brilliant, even sent me a few photos and videos of him playing with the other dogs and loving it thru his stay. Our pup, Benny, loves Mr. Muggles'! His tail wags uncontrollably and he whimpers until Joe opens the door when we drop him off for daycare every morning. Joe and Jourdain even take time to send us videos and texts to let us know that Benny's having a great day. I can't say enough good things about this place. Benny's been going for about 2 months and it's been such a lifesaver. I highly recommend Mr. Muggles' daycare to anyone in SF with a 35lb or smaller pup. They'll have a ball! read more

I've had a few weird experiences here, at first I thought it was a fluke but then I noticed a trend. Two main issues : Whenever my dog stays here and then I pick her up she needs to poop really bad as soon as I get her. This has happened three times now. She poops instantly or within 5min of picking her up and it's always a lot like she hasn't gone for the day. It's really weird. If they actually went on walks during the day she would've had plenty of time to poop. Something seems odd about that to me. The second issue is that not all dogs are always in the play pit and they sometimes put them in cages in the back. I found it odd that twice when I picked up my dog she wasn't out in the play area but rather in a cage alone in the back (despite me asking for the day play time). They explain that she was "tired" and out her in the back but she's stayed with other care places where she's out the entire day and was fine. I tried them three times but with this repeated issues I won't be going back. The staff seems nice but i was pretty upset about those two things above especially when they happened a few times over. read more

We boarded our dog, Vino at Mr Muggles for the holiday season. It was his first stay and he is an older dog. The guys were great!!! They made us feel comfortable from the time we took him in for a behavior screening. I love that you can see where the dogs play and that they only take a certain amount of dogs. My old dog came home acting like a puppy!!! Happy as can be and loving his "to go" bone. We will be back and after looking at several other places in the City, this is by far the best!! Thank guys!!! Mr Muggles is fantastic - I highly recommend them for boarding or daycare for anyone in the SF bay area. I used to bring my corgi puppy to work with me, but as she became a rowdy teen around 7-8 months, she got barkier and needed more stimulation throughout the day. A friend had recommended Mr Muggles as the best boarding experience she'd had in SF, so I decided to try them out for daycare. I was worried about spending so much time away from Tumbles all of a sudden, but she immediately *loved* it at Mr Muggles. She gets to play with her pup friends all day and comes home absolutely exhausted (but so excited to go back the next day). The staff is all so friendly and accommodating - I occasionally get emails with pics or vids of my pup playing or snuggling, and it makes me so happy! And it's drop in, which means she can go only on the days I need her to burn off some energy, no need to plan ahead. It's great to be able to look in the window into the play area and see the dogs playing together when I stop by to drop her off or pick her up. They all look so happy and relaxed, the facility is so clean and fun looking, and there are always people around supervising (or snuggling) the dogs. I recently boarded Tumbles for the first time for a few days. I was nervous, since it was my first time leaving my puppy, but I knew she was in good hands and with all of her dog pals. I became a bit worried about a potential health scare (TMI: her littermate went into heat earlier than expected, and I was worried Tumbles would too, before her spay in a couple of weeks). I emailed them and said I would come home early if hers started, but they were so nice and told me to enjoy my vacation and that they would keep me updated. Fortunately nothing came of it, but I was so relieved knowing they would take good care of her for as long as I needed. Overall: so good for both boarding and daycare. A great group of really caring people work there, and it seems like a nice, friendly, happy group of dog playmates. It's so worth it for my sanity and my pup's happiness! read more

I highly recommend Mr. Muggles Dog Service for small dog boarding. My pup Lula stayed with Joe and Jordan and their two sweet pomeranians over the Thanksgiving holiday. I was nervous about leaving her at first but after we met ahead of time at their home I felt assured that she would be in good hands. J+J are dog lovers! Their home is very clean and animal-safe. I have been meaning to write this review for a long time...we will have been with Mr. Muggles Dog Service for a year soon! They are amazing!! Joe and Jordain go above and beyond as dog walkers/sitters. Our dog Loki is part of our family and I would never be able to leave her in the hands of someone I didn't trust....luckily, Joe and Jordain love her like she was their own! Also, on the few occasions that we have had to go out of town and are not able to take her with us, Joe and Jordain do an excellent job of caring for her. She is always happy and healthy when we get back. :) It makes me feel better just to know that the people who take care of her are as special as Joe and Jordain! xoxo read more

I've been taking my schnoodle Disco here for almost 2 years now. She came from a rather rough situation in a condemned home, so she was a little nervous and jumpy at first. She was even afraid to walk through the thresholds of doorways without panicking in my own home. I started taking Disco to Mr Muggles she was a three-month-old puppy. On her first day there she had the same problem of being fearful of entering the play area, but Joe and Jourdain took the best care of her. The only dogs she ever knew where her sibling schnoodles and a couple older dogs who bullied them incessantly and ate their food -- so seeing a bunch of other dogs that she didn't know definitely scared her. BUT, after spending just five minutes with her, Joe was able to get her to happily enter the play area and introduce her personally to all the other dogs. It was absolutely amazing. The only time I've ever seen someone so talented with dogs is Cesar Milan on The Dog Whisperer. Joe was happy to spend a half an hour with me to teach me a few skills and techniques that would help warm her up when it comes to situations that initially overwhelm her. To this day I still use the techniques he taught me, and it always works like a charm. Disco is one happy dog -- I don't even recognize her from the first day I got her when she was cowering in a corner with a few of her siblings inside an absolutely disgusting condemned home. I get a little emotional when I see how far she's come. I plan on using Mr. Muggles indefinitely. Once I get within five blocks of dropping her off, she knows exactly where she's going -- she gets so excited that she starts frantically jumping around the car in excitement. I think she loves Mr. Muggles more than me! read more

This is a super delayed review, sorry! I contacted Mr. Muggles to watch my dog for a weekend in April. Joe and Jordy were quick to respond to my emails and setting up an interview was easy. The process was straightforward and I could tell right away they were dog lovers and would take great care of my little pup. They sent me a super cute picture the first night of my vacation which was a nice touch. I came back to a happy dog and would absolutely trust these guys to watch her again! They were super flexible with pick up drop off times. I think they said they also do free pickups in the neighborhood. Just know that these guys are popular (especially holiday weekends) so book early! read more

We've brought our dog to Mr. Muggles since he was a puppy, and he's never stopped loving it. Three years later he starts speeding up as soon as we get near it, and goes charging in the door! I don't know how to recommend them more. They've been absolutely amazing dealing with his assorted and ongoing health issues (allergies & GI problems, whee!). When we drop him off to go on vacation they manage to track multiple medications, of multiple types, and it never ceases to amaze me, because it's never the same combination! When he's going for the day they never fail to ask whether or not he's allowed to have treats today, and it's wonderful having a place that we can trust to help keep him healthy. Whenever he has an issue, they have called us immediately so we can talk through whether or not he should head home for the day. We live nearby, and when we see one of their staff on a walk our dog never fails to go running over to say hi, and they're kind enough to tolerate his massive level of enthusiasm. They genuinely seem to love their work and their love of dogs clearly extends beyond work hours! Plus, they've managed to teach him a few tricks, and who doesn't want their dog to know how to high five? read more
