Reto is the absolute best! Not only is he an exceptional dog walker, he is also an amazing human being. Our dog, Louie, has been walking with Reto since 2018 and he loves Reto like his family. He waits eagerly for Reto every single day. Reto takes the dogs to adventures at Fort Funston, Douglas Park, Bernal Park, and other parks around the city. He always looks out for Louie making sure that he is having the most fun and is safe on their offleash walks. Louie also stays with Reto at the 'Casa' when we are on vacation. It's a vacation for him as well, as he lounges on their couch snuggled up with blankets, goes out on long walks multiple times a day, plays with Ryo in their sunny backyard, and even gets an occasional bath if he gets too dirty. We are at ease because he is so well taken care of and loved. Reto is also very flexible with pickups and drop-offs and always accommodates our travel plans, even when they are very last minute. Reto is the best dog walker hands down! We met him shortly after we got our golden doodle puppy, Daisy. Having never been dog owners before, he helped us not only with walking Daisy but with so many questions we had in those early days. We were so lucky to find Reto when we found ourselves in need of last minute dog boarding! B, our shepherd mix, is a very social doggie. My boyfriend and I relocated from Chicago, IL to San Francisco, CA and needed to find a dog care service fast. My boyfriend moved first by himself, and with his long work hours our dog Jackson wouldn't be getting the consistent care he needs. I was surprised there weren't more reviews for him but it is probably because he is selective in dogs he takes because he believes in small groups and more attention to each dog. He truly cares for the dogs and provides everything you need and look for in a dog walker in my opinion: -gets dogs off leash in safe environments. -small groups. -decently priced. -reliable and communicative. -boarding options. -TRUSTWORTHY.... which is probably the most important. We trust Reto with a family member every day. We needed to trust him that 1- he's going to care for our dog the way we would and 2- he's going to do what we're paying him to do. Reto walked our little Milo since he was a pup, every day for 6.5 years and until we lost him a couple of months ago. He quickly became part of our family. We left little Milo with him over holidays, overnights and emergencies, and he was always available to accommodate our needs and special requests.
