Kelsey and Vince have taken our two pups for walks 3-4 x week since they were puppies. They are 3 years old now. They are the best! He looks forward to his time with the crew-so much, that he waits at the door to go. Everyday they reliably picked up our golden retriever and took him to a wide variety of dog parks. They were flexible with dates I needed less or extra walks and I was able to just text to coordinate. We then got daily updates of our dog with texted photos and their instagram. We were with them for almost two years and only left because we're moving out of range. We almost stayed local to try to stay with them. I can't recommend them highly enough! Just realized I should probably update my review since I've now been a loyal fan for (at least?) five years now! My silly Penny now has a new little brother and Alf has been a part of the pack for about a year now. He's a high energy little turd, but the love and attention he receives with Vincent and his crew just fills my heart all the way up. My two kids have gotten to know almost all of Vincent's crew, and I love to hear stories of them running up to greet former folks who have cared for them (shoutout to JD and Nina!!). Vince has been walking our Maltipoo Panda for a few months now and we love it! Panda wears a FitBark (FitBit for dogs) and I can monitor his activity level throughout the day. With his previous dog-walkers, Panda wasn't really getting the exercise and activity level we had hoped for. But with Vince, Panda's activity level is great and I can tell he loves Vince and gets super excited when Vince comes to pick him up for his walks. We had a great experience boarding our pup with Vincent and Katy over the holidays. This was the longest we had been away from our dog since we adopted her, so we were nervous, but they took amazing care of our sweet girl. We got a lot of picture updates of our pup cuddling and playing, and Vincent was very considerate about checking in about any concerns about our pup. I've been using Vince's dog walking service for a couple of years now, but I've been extra grateful for it during shelter-in-place. Knowing my dog Gershwin is having the best time makes me feel less guilty during the day about not giving him attention while I work from home. Plus he comes back tired and happy having romped around with all his friends for a few hours! Vince is very respectful about contact-less pickup, which he makes a breeze - he texts me when he's here and I run Gershwin outside while maintaining our distance. Vincent has been great with our new rescue Spirit, including being patient and keeping a spot open for us when we have had to delay her starting the full pack experience due to some health issues. I had my dog in their dog group walks. I decided to stop these walks because I noticed wounds and scabs on my dogs legs. I also started noticing some behavioral issues. It has taken me months to figure out what happened to my dog. And we realized that being crammed in the back of a truck with over 5+ dogs while they are driving around the city for two hours (doing pick ups and drop offs) has caused severe anxiety in my dog. He now views other dogs as threats. He hasn't been the same and we have spent months in training trying to correct the behavior. I wish I knew that this was happening. Please consider if your dog will do well in the back of a truck for multiple hours around different levels of dog energy. Because our dog is not the same anymore and it's been an incredibly frustrating experience. read more
