I literally made a yelp account just to leave this review. I'm a Lake Elsinore local and I was so excited to see yet another store front open up! I actually just drove by on my route to work and noticed huge banners outside that said they are open so I had to make a quick stop lol. I was not disappointed!!! Like the other reviews said, the guard took my temperature before entering the main area which was relieving with how things are nowadays. I ended up leaving with way more than I expected to buy because of the low prices and also 10% off since it was my first time. (They also told me if I show them a review next time that I would get 10% off again. Score!) They hooked me up with a free Mr Nice Guy lighter too, so cute :) OH and the best part is they take DEBIT AND CREDIT CARDS. I could not believe my ears! Then they went on to tell me that they also don't charge a fee when you pay with card and I was completely blown away. I will shop here just because of the credit card option. I go to Mr. nice guy once in a while and always have a good experience but this time they blew me away with their honorable customer service. There was a deal on the website which I ordered and confirmed and came to pick up, however, it was explained to me after a difference in the price Of almost double my purchase, these were not on sale anymore, and there was a mistake on the website advertising and ordering. They could not because the computer would not allow that sale price, Angel and the other gentleman not only were empathetic and understanding, but provided a supplementary benefit for a really stupendous price, making the sale fair and satisfactory to me. I appreciate that they didn't have to do that, and in this cutthroat industry, most people would not. Pulled up and there was a line outside, only waited 4 mins before making it inside which was around 6:00. I assumed it was going to take a while, pretty busy especially on 4/20. I gotta say Mr.nice guys has a great team! I was in my car in less than 15 mins. Watching as all the staff move quickly and effectively to make things flow was awesome to witness. Been coming here since they opened, have had a couple issues with product before and took them back no questions asked, as they should. Came in today after getting a cart 2 days ago that doesn't work at all and they say policies changed and you have to have receipt and original packaging. They could clearly look it up in the computer and see this was just purchased and they chose not to. Ridiculous customer service, I was a weekly customer. Key term weekly, I won't be going back after this!!!! Plenty of other dispensaries within a couple miles that don't treat customers like this. read more

I love this place. First of all they stay open till 10 pm. Second the shop is really well kept. It's clean and being able to see the bud it's self even behind glass is genius. Third of all the staff is super nice and seem really happy to help you out. (Shout out to Paul and Lily!) I am very particular with what I smoke and consume and they were super helpful with helping me figure out the best products for me. Fourth of all the prices are incredibly fair!!!!! Although I don't always visit the clinics to purchase flour but I did today I saw them two days ago, and figured I'd stop by and check it out, the bud tender Paul was amazing and very helpful as well as knowledgeable of what he had in stock. Brenda is AWESOME, super nice and helpful! I came in about 20 minutes before they closed and realized my debit card wasn't in my wallet. They don't take credit cards, so I scrounged my purse for cash and change but I was was short like .75 cents. She gave me a little discount so I was saved. I REALLY appreciated that because I wasn't feeling well and I dragged myself out only to find I didn't have my card. Little gestures like this will make me a lifetime customer. The sign waver waved me to the right entrance. Best price I've ever seen on 1g 507 carts. 22 bucks each. Got bonus 30% off as first time visitor. Haven't cracked open a cartridge yet.
